I'm a Veteran. The treatment I received from, Mr.Coy was phenomenal. The staff and Therapist were professional, welcoming and very attentive to my needs. I'd recommend them to anyone seeking Physical therapy treatment. You won't be disappointed. I'm definitely much better and my pain is gone. You can never underestimate his instructions, because He knows what he's talking about.

My fiance had a horrible experience. I find it ironic that this facility has NO reviews that aren't 95-100% positive. First, she has Rheumatoid arthritis that has nearly destroyed her spine & nearly all other major & minor joints. The PT pulled on her neck (like a chiropractor) despite her having facet joint disease, spinal stenosis & several herniated discs, causing uncontrolled pain for 2 weeks. . The report conflicted w/ all others she's received from neurosurgeons, orthos, pm&rs & private physicians. He measured her ROM by estimating w/o a goniometer & of course everything was essentially "normal." The goals were unrealistic for a patient in need of spine surgery, knee surgery & shoulder surgery! . Even with PT, the degree of joint disease makes the goals unrealistic. How can she return to her previous state "80% of the time" w/ inflammatory arthritis that was misdiagnosed for 15 years causing joint deformity & damage? The goal of sending her to PT was to get some treatment, learn exercises to help stretch & get heat treatment. until she is healthy enough for surgery. I'm not trying to bash this place, but she was disappointed & didn't want to speak out, so I will. You have to review records & diagnostic tests so not to hurt the patient. The diagnosis on the referral is to bill, not a full indication of conditions. All patients should be treated as individuals, not one size fits all. Front office staff professional & assistant was really gentle.

I was in a serious car accident and one of my injuries was a broken hand. After getting my cast removed I was in debilitating pain. My hand couldn’t move, my fingers wouldn’t bend....it was completely immobilizing. Finding Mr. Coy’s office was a God-send. In only four visits, I’m now in no pain & my hand is almost 75% back to normal. Mr. Coy and the entire staff are friendly, professional, caring and knowledgeable. I actually look forward to each visit because of the rapid results I have been getting. I would without a doubt recommend this office to anyone!

Not many physical therapy places have a pool in this area. I chose Physical Therapy in Motion for my lumbar spine PT because they have a pool and I am able to move and do exercises in the water that I can't outside the pool. I am gaining core strength and my lumbar issues are better after going to therapy for 6 weeks. The people are friendly and gentle when needed but push me to do my best.

Ive been a customer at Physical therapy in motion for 3 weeks from a tibia and ankle fracture with titanium rod placement. In just 3 weeks I can see a difference in the mobility in my ankle and leg. Dr. Coy and his staff are very friendly and personable. From the ladies in the front office to the PT assistants in the back everyone has been awesome.
