I cannot express how awesome these guys are. My wife went there because she fell and hurt her knee. They not only were able to help her with her knee, but identify other issues which she has Fought her entire life. She feels 1000% better than she ever has before and is physically able to do things she never could before. After her experience, when I needed a PT for my ankle, I went here. I worked with Lance. 8 weeks after I twisted my ankle I still had problems. I went to an ortho who recommended PT at his place, and I chose to go here because the one on one attention is awesome. Lance was able to find that I had two bones which were stuck forward, he fixed that and my ankle started feeling better within 24 hours. We then worked on other areas which contributed to my pain or were a side effect from my ankle pain. My achilles tendon and hip had bothered me for well over a year, and my neck had been a problem for over 2 decades and since I was there anyway, we looked at those issues. I went a total of 5 times, my ankle is now 100%, my hip no longer hurts (I had stopped running 8 months ago because of pain there), my neck is stronger and hopefully will not have recurring issues. The difference between other PT shops and this one is that this one is just you and a very qualified PT. They are NOT running back and forth between you and other patients or leaving you while you do exercises which make you wonder why you came. YES it is more expensive than insurance sponsored PT, but you get far far far more for the money and get back to your normal activities much much faster.

Lance Cross is an absolutely great physical therapist! He helped me to recover from a pretty bad work related injury! Now I'm able to get back into my regular lifestyle with more mobility than I had previously! I would definitely recommend him!

Physical therapy is okay, nothing special. Front office on the other hand is a disaster. They kept loosing submitted info and I received three different phone calls before I even came in for my first appointment. They kept inputting wrong info in their charts and needed clarification over and over. One of my appointments had to be cancelled and was cancelled 48 hours prior. They failed in communicating that too and wanted me to pay for a so called missed appointment. Now, after 3 month they are still sending me bills to get me to pay for the so called missed appointment...more like pay for their lack of ability to get their things together at the front desk. If they were to hire front desk team with higher IQ things would be in balance with their physical therapists.

As a physician, I'm aware of reasonable expectations. These guys far exceeded those - I came to them with a difficult scenario: help me get through the physical complications of open heart surgery. Chloe is a fantastic PT and she helped me with some chronic issues I've had for a little over 10 years. I feel so much better and Chloe helped me understand why my problems were progressively getting worse over the years and developed a treatment plan that has made me feel normal again. The office staff are great and everyone is very professional. Very clean facility too. I was very impressed!
