She is amazing!!! I had rotator cuff surgery and had been to several PT’s before going to her. She was by far the best!!! She also focuses on health and fitness so with that combination she makes she goes above and beyond with all her patients in making sure they get best treatment and are satisfied in the end!!!! The perfect place to do physical therapy. They fit me in last minute, even though I'm new. I'm glad they were kind and helpful. Easy going. Professional, attentive, but also laid back. They don't make you wait forever, they keep the work moving. I sat only for about ten minutes in the waiting room, including the time I was filling out paperwork. As soon as I finished filling everything out, I sat for maybe 5 min, then was called. I highly recommend them!

Jones Pt. really helped me. First, I experienced less pain from my injury and became more flexible, very quickly. Next, all the employees are extremely kind. They always put you first and want to help you. Lastly, I felt like I was able to get to know the people working there. This is the number one physical therapist I would recommend.

Stay away if your well being is important to you.The owner does the therapy herself at the Tucker location and she is not qualify at all.She hurt me so badly that i had tears in my eyes during a therapy session and she did not apologize.She is the worse of them all.

Convenient location walking distance from the Decatur marta station. Mandisa did an amazing job helping me recover from a hand injury. She was an attentive listener and was very knowledgeable.

Worst therapist ever.Not only she is not gentle and cut you off when you are trying to explain something or ask questions.Very rude.She also treats people differently depending on their insurance.I am about to report her to my insurance since she did not see me the amount of time the insurance covered and probably charged them anyway.I was suppose to be seen once a week for one hour session for 4 weeks but she was done with me within 20 minutes and she was not helpful at all,just seating and telling me do this do that.She made my symptoms worse.I am now seeing another therapist at Eastside rehabilitation in Snellville and he is terrific,very patient and i go there twice a week for 1 hour session each and he uses the full hour.SEE THE DIFFERENCE?.She is a cheat. After only 2 sessions ,I start feeling much better.I would not recommend her to anyone.

I love this place! Great customer service, very friendly. She doesn't keep you waiting all day and makes sure exercises are being executed correctly. Great location. Very flexible with scheduling and appointments which is important for people with jobs. Would definitely recommend for all ages!
