I was prescribed physical therapy following total hip replacement. The therapy was successful in rehabilitating my leg and hip following surgery. My experience was not as good as my success. There was no personal connection with the staff who worked with me. It seemed to me, it was strictly a job to them. As I worked through each exercise, I would have to ask how many repetitions 95% of the time. This was consistent throughout the 6 weeks of physical therapy. I was also concerned that I was asked to put myself in a position that would not follow the restriction placed on me due to my hip surgery. At the completion of my six weeks of therapy, the staff was totally unaware it was my last day. At the completion of my last day's physical therapy, I thanked the staff person for helping me rehab. my leg and hip, this was my last day. Their response was really. I did not know this was your last day. That ended the conversation. Again, I was pleased with the physical therapy not the experience.

Physical Therapy-South Augusta has earned it's rating due to their professionalism, Safety for the patient and knowledge of tools and equipment that was necessary for personal recovery of the patient. Georgialina Physical Therapy-South Augusta employees worked together as a unit, they were consistent, supportive and most of all people friendly. Two Thumbs up!

I pulled something in my neck to find out it was nurse damage, Ashley took care of it in a few visits.. Now knee recovery and they are on it again.. I recommend this facility to everyone. Working with Andrew was the best experience I've had in the healthcare field. He was extremely communicative about how he was diagnosing my hip pain and what conclusions he came to. Throughout my three weeks of appointments he and his staff we extremely professional, optimistic, and helpful. They also communicated realistic expectations for measurable progress. After being unable to play sports for 2+ months I was back on the field within two weeks and pain free in three weeks. Highly recommend!

I would like to say that my experience with the south Augusta Georgialina location did a wonderful job with my physical therapy sessions from a vehicle accident that injured my left wrist. The check-in process was fast and the wait time is usually minimal. Overall, I highly recommend Georgialina Physical Therapy!

I have been here three times for therapy sessions for the same injury within the last two years. My first session was very intense due to the injury being so new. My second session was good. I saw and felt lot of progress. I went to another therapist at a different location closer to home, but didn't get the same results. My doctors and I opted out of surgery, thank God. I went back to therapy at Georgialina and now I am back to 80% normal. Andrew Phan, Ashley, and a couple others were great therapists. I thank each and everyone of them at the South Augusta location for their professionalism, friendly at home environment, and knowledge of what to do to gain the best results!!! You guys rock!!! I HIGHLY recommend this office!
