I did physical therapy for my knee for several weeks at BenchMark and can finally bike and climb again! I had a great time will going through physical therapy as the team was warm and welcoming! Emily and the rest of the team at BenchMark are friendly and genuinely interested in getting you back to 100%. There were a few times I needed to reschedule and they were helpful and flexible. Emily would work with me to change my workouts to exercises I actually enjoyed doing! I would recommend anyone looking for a physical therapist to choose BenchMark! Thank you again!

J.J and her associates are amazing. They always make you feel very comfortable and are great at keeping your mind focused on what you need to accomplish. I came in with siatic nerve pain and within 13 weeks my back feels better then it has in 17 years. I will actually miss seeing them all twice a week.Also thanks to them I have finally got the courage to go join a gym and not be embarressed about exercising in front of people.

I cannot speak highly enough about all of the staff at Benchmark Physical Therapy's Dilworth location. The entire staff were very friendly and professional and made my time there an awesome experience. Emily is absolutely wonderful; her and the other therapists go above and beyond in the care that they provide. When I was unable to continue with therapy, Emily and her team took the time to go over exercises with me and my wife that I could do at home to continue with the rehabilitation of my shoulder. If I am ever in need of physical therapy again in the future I will be looking to return to Emily at Benchmark, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone else!

The absolute most unprofessional location imaginable. Physical Therapist looks unprofessional, wearing tennis shoes while all employees were dressed professionally. Her personality is demeaning and fake. Acted like she knew who I was and ended up telling me the same person the same story twice. Go somewhere else.

Dr. JJ is an extremely skilled and knowledgeable physical therapist. I traveled quite a distance just to see her based on recommendations from her previous clients. I was not disappointed!! I did not have any back pain when I left her office. She gave me exercises to do to make sure the pain was controlled and she even checked on how I was feeling a few days after my visit. Dr. JJ is a great PT and I am glad I found her! If you are in the Portland area, she should be your physical therapy provider of choice!

The team provided really first class service over the 12 weeks that I received rehab for my second knee replacement. Over the last 10 years, Bench Mark has helped me rehab torn Achilles Tendon, should replacement and two knee replacements. If they were not good, I would not keep coming back. Claressa Brekke, DPT is the latest Clinic Director and brings her own personal concerns and effort to provide the best rehab possible. Alexis McDowell and Hailey Munger complete a really excellent team.

After my total hip replacement surgery on March 5, 2018, I received post-surgery physical therapy from Benchmark Physical Therapy located on Hembree Road. The care provided at that location by Claressa and Abigail far exceeded my expectation. I was extremely pleased with the administrated support, physical therapy, and attention I received and will refer anyone needing PT to this location. I suppose you can say I hopped into Benchmark and danced my way out.

After suffering from chronic plantar fasciitis and visiting 2 MD's with no relief, I opted for PT. After just 5 visits with Pavel Gorokhov and dry needling I am finally experiencing relief. I plan on continuing this treatment and highly recommend. Pavel is knowledgeable, confident and results oriented. Follow his course of therapy and you will see results. Highly recommend Benchmark and most especially Pavel! Excellent staff as well, very efficient.

When I first began coming to Benchmark I was crippled by Rheumatoid arthritis and because of the RA I was 95 pounds overweight. I could barely walk 1/2 block without pain & being out of breath and needing to rest. It was difficult for me to get up the stairs to my bedroom and I often had to crawl up the stairs. I began working with JJ Junkin in the Oregon City office in February, 2018. By April I was able to get up the stairs with no pain and walk a half mile easily. Today, I walk 4-5 miles every other day & have gained my strength back. The PT has even helped my diet and 84 pound weight loss. My Rheumatologist, Dr. Molly Thompson has cut my chemo in half with the goal being to take me completely off Chemo in 2019 & my family doctor, Dr. Deonna Bridgeman has cut my BP meds in half - twice! I can't thank Benchmark & JJ enough for helping me to get my life back! They are more than a PT company they have become friends. They are wonderful at explaining the why behind what they are having you do. They made coming to PT fun and are always respectful and kind. THANK YOU BENCHMARK and in particular, JJ Junkin!!!

Oregon City is so very lucky to have such an amazing functional PT in their area. I am however horribly jealous because she is out there now instead of here in South Carolina where I want her *lol* In all seriousness, JJ helped me through the long term lingering effects of one car accident and then rehabbed me again through another (yes, I feel like I have a target on me for bad drivers). She was a miracle worker at resolving long time problems with a fresh new perspective. I had nearly every type of PT in the past since my first accident but still continued to have lingering problems. The one thing I never had before was dry needling and it, in JJ's capable and knowledgeable hands, was the magic key to unlocking years of calcified trigger points that 5 years later were still complicating my career as a very busy hairstylist. Here I am 18 months later functioning normally, back on my TT bike and enjoying life.... well, enjoying it as much as I can when my favorite PT has left for my old home state. So if you are hurting and need help JJ Junkin and Benchmark PT is where you should be... and consider yourself lucky to have her... because I would love to have her back here.

I had my knee scoped a few months ago and chose this Benchmark location to do my PT. I could not be more happy with the treatment I received. The majority of the sessions were done by Abbey who is very knowledgeable and patient, but the whole staff was awesome. During my therapy I also worked with Claressa, and Hailey. Between the three of them the treatment I received was outstanding. Alexis made sure my appointments were made and that I had a schedule to know when I needed to be there and was always pleasant if I needed to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Due to my work schedule this happened a few times. For about a year before my surgery I could not walk properly or without pain. Since having the surgery and completing the PT I am pain free and was able to very much enjoy the vacation I took this weekend. I can't say thank you or recommend this location and this staff enough.

These guys far exceeded my expectations. I broke my ankle at the end of December and wasn't expecting to be walking without crutches until May. Claressa and Hailey had me walking crutchless by the end of March! So happy I went here. The whole staff really made me feel like family. I actually miss them. Dr. Brent Davis and staff are superb and go out of their way to help with whatever is hurting you. After an operation, it is hard work (in many cases torture) to regain motion in the knee. But they worked hard to help me reach my goal and made it fun, as well!
