I was recently in a car accident and a friend referred me to DR. Nevel for lower back and neck pain. From the moment I went in and spoke with his staff and met with him I felt comfortable. From the beginning he went over a treatment plan and options I had to improve. I have been going there for five months now and feel so much better. Exercise has always been a big part of my life so this was upsetting to me to be in pain with everyday tasks. I have improved with each treatment. I have never felt rushed for time or felt like I was being rushed out. The staff is very professional and the office is always clean and runs efficiently. Dr. Nevel and his staff were absolutely amazing. I had knee surgery and needed quite extensive therapy to be able to walk and get movement back. Whenever I walked in the girls always made me feel like I was family, and Dr. Nevel always took his time. You can tell he truly adores his profession. Due to all the strain caused by my inability to originally walk correctly he would even adjust me when needed. Over all I would advise anyone in need of Physical therapy or chiropractic services to look no further. My doctor was absolutely floored by my progress, and admitted he couldn't have expected the recovery I made.

My experiences with Chiropractors, has not been one to brag about, to say the least. I was referred from a friend and was hesitant at first but got over myself and made the call to speak with Alex, his assistant, who is beyond helpful. From A-Z the overall experience was above a 5-Star rating, hands down. I had some herniated/bulged discs in my neck and obviously a lot of discomfort, however, the honesty and the attention to detail, Dr. Nevel has me back in the gym. Clearly not doing backflips, but major progress nonetheless. Lasty, what I appreciated most, was simple: at no point did I feel like "just another patient." Dr. Nevel takes a lot of pride in what he does and it certainly speaks for itself the moment you walk in. I.e. Greeted, Coffee, Water (hot/cold) for the tea drinkers, and above all, the phenomenal customer service. You want HONESTY & RESULTS? Highly Reccomend, Make that call, you will not regret it. I have found the BEST chiropractor on the east coast!! I am from NYC and have had chronic lower back pain for five years. I was very upset that I relapsed here in Jupiter after having so much fun playing outdoor 3 wall paddleball with my husband. I found Dr. Nevel (5 minutes away) after searching on my insurance plan. Dr. Nevel stood out to me as the one I called because of his sport rehab focus and his multi approach to treating injuries. Dr. Nevel has an additional certification as a Chiropractic Extremities Practioner, not yet recognized in by the state of Florida, but a treasure treatment experience for me. He not only treated my lower back pain, which was significantly reduced by week 3 in my treatment, but he also successfully treated my "tennis elbow" inflammation, my trigger finger condition, and clogged Eustachian tube issues from allergies and ocean swimming. I can walk and run on the beach again with no pain, and doing my other much loved physical activities. I am returning to home in NY and wish that I could take the whole team of Sport and Spinal Rehab with me! Alex, is the the warmest most accommodating receptionist (running the front of the office) I ever encountered! Amber is also so skilled and warm and great with her assistant treatments in PT treatments! And then another treasure is Maureen, the massage therapist, who skillfully guided my body in accepting the treatments to their fullest extent! And Elizabeth works her magic in the background as office manager. Without her these three special professionals would not be able to work their magic as efficiently!!!! Dr. Brandon Nevel has been invaluable in getting my body in optimum shape after several injuries. I first went to see Dr. Nevel after having severe foot pain due to plantar fasciitis. He created custom orthotics for both my running shoes and high heels. These tools allowed me to continue my cross training and relieved the pain entirely. After suffering a neck injury, Dr. Nevel again was able to relieve and treat the pain and underlying issues so that I was pain free after completing treatment. I highly recommend Dr. Nevel for his skill and easy manner. He is very easy to talk to and highly adept and listening to the problem and creating a workable solution that is amenable to both patient and the treatment staff.

If you're second-guessing chiropractic this place will make you wonder why you ever did. Dr. Nevel is one of the best chiropractors that I've ever seen and he makes me feel comfortable every time that I walk through the door. He isn't your usual doctor where he just sits there and looks at his watch. He actually spends time with his patients and make sure that you fully understand your diagnosis and treatment. I see him once a month for maintenance to prevent any reoccurring issues. Love this place!

Sport and Spinal Rehab has treated me like Family since the first day I walked into their doors last Nov. 2015. They were a referral of a client and a good friend of my husbands whom was already going there for a similar back issue. The staff (Alex , Amber & Elizabeth) always so professional, warm, welcoming & efficient. I ended up at this office, after many other attempt at different Dr. offices and I was to the breaking point where, I felt hopeless and I was giving up on getting better ( I had tried shots, pills, therapy, dr after dr etc..) nothing was working!! Dr. Nevel on my first visit was so knowledgeable. Every single appointment there after, he always took the time to talk and discuss, listen to my misery at the time and try new remedies. After, a slow but upward progress, Dr. Nevel recommended a treatment called Decompression. I am so thankful! I completed all 20 session and let me tell you getting better, takes lots of dedication from you as the individual--I was going 3 days a week at one point. Dr. Nevel never gave up on my situation (which by the way I have 2 bulging disks). I am happy to say after 6 months, I am definitely a different person thanks to "Sport and Spinal Rehab". I am continuing my maintenance treatments (Stem and Adjustments) every other week at this point.

All I can say about this place is "Wow!". I went in for a foot condition because a friend referred me. I thought it was weird; "see a chiropractor for my feet?" Turns out I'm glad I listened to them because I have always been satisfied with the services and treatments I've received. The woman at the front desk by the name of Alex, was very kind and friendly. She was also very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to my insurance information. Then, chiropractor's assistant- Amber was friendly as well. She had a bedside manner that made me feel relaxed whenever she treated me. She was also able to answer my treatment-related questions with ease. Then came Dr. Nevel; the Doctor that had so much knowledge on how to decrease the pain of my foot condition. Did you know you could get your feet adjusted? I sure as heck, did not! But he did. He was also able to give me information regarding my diagnosis and the proper treatment. Overall, this location is one of the best practices I have ever been to. The entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and very knowledgeable. I will definitely continue to see them, and definitely recommend them to anyone I know.

I have chronic back and neck pain. I’ve been meaning to try this place out for a while. I was able to schedule an appointment with ease. I just left after my first visit and felt compelled to write a review. Dr. Nevel has exceeded my expectations. I feel like it’s hard for me to relax my body during adjustments. So I was very impressed with the techniques he used to relax me before he got started. I really enjoyed the heating pad, tens machine, massager, and table that stretches your body. Chiropractor’s in the past have always had a hard time adjusting me, but he had no problem at all. I cant believe how much better I felt after one session. He really listens to what works for you and addresses it thoroughly. Don’t hesitate about coming to this practice. I wish I went sooner.

Thank you so much Dr Nevel. I was on vacation in Jupiter and the arthritic pain in my neck became so severe I didn't feel I could wait to go home to be treated, as I had 3 weeks left of vacation. I researched the local chiropractors and physical therapists and felt as if Dr Nevel would be a good choice for me. His staff was able to get me in as a new patient the following week for an evaluation. Dr Nevel not only took x- rays, but gave me a disc and written report of treatment to bring to my next doctor. He reduced my pain sufficiently in 3 visits so I could travel and gave me the tools to search for a doctor to continue care upon returning home. He not only was extremely professional, but treated me as if I would be a continuing patient of his. There is no doubt I would recommend Dr Nevel and resume seeing him on my next trip to Jupiter.
