The physical therapy consult with Mark Tonkins was very good. I saw immediate results! The building set-up is somewhat bad as it's not very accessible (equipment everywhere!). It was very difficult for me to get in and out of the wheelchair ramp entrance. The reason I will not go back to this facility for further assistance is due to the way the office is run. Be careful how much you and your insurance company get charged!! A sincere "I'm sorry" would have gone a long way but since the office manager was completely unapologetic when confronted with the situation my instincts were setting off alarms like crazy. And then she even tried to convince me to schedule another appointment knowing my Rx was expired (insurance would not have covered it - and I would be billed in full). Seems like either they really need money or there are questionable business practices (or both). My advice... if you go here you'll probably enjoy the therapy but just be very careful with the $ aspects.
