This is the best place to get physical therapy! Caring, compassionate and knowledgeable staff, great location, and great facility !! This is the only place to get physical therapy. Kim is great with insurance and scheduling and claim assistance. They truly live up to their name. They will help you get to your optimal performance by challenging you while still respecting your pain level and nature of injury. Thanks for everything Katherine Chaves and OPPT!!!!!

I have attended a few sessions at this location. The Staff is professional and understanding. I work early hours so I would show up early to my appointments, I never had to sit in the lobby to wait, they would allow me into the back area to watch tv and converse with the staff. I would recommend everyone I know to visit this location if in need of PT. Thanks everyone for making me feel welcomed.

Cannot explain how thankful and impressed I am with this physical therapy office. Paul is amazing. The customer service is superb. Kim makes you feel so comfortable from the moment you walk in. Feel like I’m getting the royal treatment when I come here. Wish I had not waited so long to start my therapy sessions. There are a lot of choices for PT, but this place is different. They do not rush from one patient to another, they take the time to listen to you and really develop the best plan of care. The therapists are so passionate about what they do. As a nurse practitioner I have high expectations from medical professionals and they have gone above and beyond.

Today was my first appointment at this facility and the staff were so kind and helpful-- they were confident and made me feel more at ease with the the treatment I needed to get better. I can't describe how grateful I am for all of the people there working with me today and in the future. Even though I was in a lot of pain, I was laughing-- because everyone there is so friendly and nice. I don't feel as scared about the future and knowing there is a team of people who are here to help me-- gives me hope for future recovery.
