Great Staff - smart and caring, which is exactly what I needed to help get me back on my feet. The hours are great and the location is easy to get in and out when you are recovering from an injury. They are busy but it is because they are good!

I was sent a referral from my Doctors office to leading edge physical therapy, after two or three weeks of trying to get ahold of someone to make an appointment and many failed attempts to reach anyone or get a call back, I finally went to the office to speak to someone. They tell me that they have not received the referral even though I have the confirmation in my hand, and they grew very agitated with me and acted as if they did not want to help me. I returned to my doctors office and asked for another referral to someone different to be sent and two days later already have an appointment scheduled. A month of running around and trying to get ahold of someone at Leading edge when that could have been spent doing physical therapy elsewhere and on my way to recovery. Absolutely unacceptable and they definitely lost my business. I will never recommend anyone here. Unorganized and very unfriendly staff

I found the facility to be clean, even through a remodel period. Staff is knowledgeable and applied an appropriate amount of support to keep me progressing.

I have Osgood-Schlatter disease which makes it very hard to play high impact sports like football and basketball. Getting therapy in between games makes it possible for me to continue with highschool sports. I highly recomend Leading Edge for athletes.

After a rotator cuff surgery Mike Ryan and his team of PT's and Massage Therapist were excellent in helping me increase mobility and reduced scar tissue and discomfort post surgery. I would highly recommend his team!!

This Place is Phenomena! The Staff is AMAZING. From the girls in the back Blake and Dana helping me get in to this wonderful place , to the front desk girls being so pleasant, to Mike and Deb there one of a kind. If you need Physical therapy with a caring staff and awesome atmosphere Please do your self a favor and come here. I promise you will not be disappointed. Good Job Leading Edge you guys ROCK!

They don't deserve the one star..Very judgemental and rude..not so much the receptionist but the lady who goes over your report there, If she is still there..?..she shouldn't be...

Thanks so much to Leading Edge. I broke both bones in my wrist and had surgery which left me with no movement in my wrist. They are helping me to get the function back. I am so happy for their help! Everyone there is super friendly!

After 6 days with my assigned Therapist (Evelyn - Wonderful) they just upped and change me to a new Therapist. What made me upset is Evelyn was very aware of my plane and new my problem and condition. So out of no where I am assigned to someone total new. I don't get it. I was always punctual and was right in the waiting Room at 2:00. Out came Evelyn, she waved at me and called an old lady in during my scheduled time. About 2:15 I walked over to the receptionist to ask it what was going on. She told me I wash with someone else today. At that point out walked another therapist. I told her no that Evelyn was my Therapist. The other gentleman spoke up and asked what was going on. I filled him in as well as the receptionist. I told them I was leaving and cancelling my appointment. I told them I have another appointment on Monday and out I went. On the drive home the more I thought about the entire situation the madder I got. Then when I got home I called the business back and cancelled my last 4 appointments and told them I wouldn't be back. Who ever is in charge should be ashamed of them selves. The true lack of concern, caring along with obvious lack of professionalism was quit evident. So beware. If you continue to be wanting to be treated with respect and a sense of caring and concern for your physical well being I would strongly suggest you don't go to Leading Edge.
