I had a very positive experience at Lake Centre for Rehab at Spanish Plaines. I received excellent Physical Therapy from Aneesh Mampachail and Tara. Both are very knowledgeable. The support staff are wonderful and easy to work with. The facility is clean and well equipped. My issues that brought me to physical therapy were successfully resolved.

I recently had the pleasure of meeting Aneesh Mampachail. He is a physical therapist at the lady lake facility. He was treating me for vertigo, during the course of my treatment, he noticed an anomaly in my right eye. He immediately proceeded to take my blood pressure which was very high. He made me promise that I would take the necessary steps to get it taken care of and walked me out to my husband to explain everything to him. I did go to my Doctor who immediately put me on meds. If it wasn't for Aneesh I would not have known and could of had a stroke. He is a very knowledgeable young man who I wouldn't hesitate recommending to anyone that needed a physical therapist.
