I went to Dr. Guan when she was studying at 5 Elements. She really impressed me with her knowledge of the body and skeletal and muscle interaction. I had my first appointment at her new office yesterday and was so happy she is s back. Her office is a room for p.t. a room for a pilaties machine and a treatment room. I had an accupuncture treatment combined with a p.t. treatment and will be picking up herbs later this week. I definitely feel better. I would reccomend her. She will sit and listen.

I returned to Weiwei with a new ailment today. She had sucessfully treated my pain in the past and she quickly diagnosed my painful shoulder as an impingment from poor posture. I was given a massage, acupuncture with electrical stimulation, heat therapy and neck traction. In addition, she taught me a couple of exercises to do with resistance bands to help correct my rounded shoulders. I left her office feeling fabulous, relieved that my pain wasnt a rotator cuff tear and confident that the regimen and future visits will cure my problem.

Under her care with both needles and herbs, I am happy to report that my reflux has disappeared, and I no longer take the herbs. Also, the needles were instrumental in relieving pains associated with arthritis and post knee surgery. Dr. Guan is very amiable but professional.
