Excellent facility for quality physical therapy and for therapeutic massage. Six years ago, I had frozen shoulder, one followed by the other. The physical therapists there were outstanding and successfully worked with me to completely free the movement of both my shoulders, which still have full range of motion today. The staff are highly proficient, friendly, and motivating. Katrina is an outstanding massage therapist who has a healing touch and has assisted me in alleviating back pain and restoring health.

Envision is absolutely the best hands down! I received physical therapy due to a workers comp injury. I sprained my Achilles' tendon and they took the time to help me heal and get me back to 100% and nothing less. I would recommend them to anyone. Love the therapist here as well. Amazing location for physical therapy. Their dedication to patients surpasses the normal standard of care by far. Very strong neurological therapist. Accurate care of chronic illness requiring routine treatment with strong will to see patients not only succeed but to excel at all goals without being forceful or pushy. The dedication from this woman rings true from the heart in seeing her patients reach their goals. The office is extremely family friendly, you're not just another chart here which makes working hard on getting better a much happier and smooth experience. I can't say enough good things about Stephanie and the entire Envision Physical Therapy staff. After countless amounts of testing for why my 10-month old son was having gross motor delays, we brought him to Envision. Stephanie was the only person during this highly emotional and difficult time to believe in my son and offer him physical therapy. She knew exactly what he needed - tough love. The early sessions resulted in minimal gains and had me worried again. Stephanie continued to stay in my son's corner and properly set my expectations. This wasn't going to be an overnight process, but with some hard work and persistence, we were going to get him to start crawling. Fast-forward to roughly a year later and not only was my son able to crawl, but he was also walking. My son is now 4-years old and can do pretty much anything any other 4-year old can do and I owe everything to Stephanie and her staff. Envision Physical Therapy is a true family atmosphere. It did not take long for me to stop feeling like a patient and instead like a member of their family. I have no question you'll feel the same after stepping through the door.

I have received physical therapy at Envision for my shoulder and low back pain. The staff are all fantastic and I always have one on one care - not with several other people at the same time like I have at other clinics. They really care about their patients and if I ever have a question, I can call and speak directly with my therapist.
