My 15yo daughter has had PT at the Apopka location. She had 16 weeks of PT from shoulder surgery end of last year by Victor and she is back again for PT after having knee surgery, again by Victor! Have been to a couple different rehab facilities and Ability and Victor is the best by far! The office staff is fantastic as well. They all make you feel like they have known you for years!!

From my first day I was made to feel like my physical problems mattered. Junior got me an appointment for my initial consultation the next day! When I got there I was greeted by Junior and Natasha! They are muy bueno and very professional. I met with Monica who assessed my situation and began me on a routine at home and made my follow up appointments for the next week. I was seen mostly by Pam and Dana. They were both very competent and compassionate about my pain struggles and encouraged me every step of the way. I never had to wait more than 2 to 3 minutes to get seen (and that would be only a couple of times out of the 3 1/2 months I went there. The whole staff is wonderful. Vic has a smooth running professional operation there. I would definitely recommend anyone who needs physical therapy to go to Ability Rehab in Apopka. Five stars are not enough!!

I just started my therapy after falling that resulted in shattering my right arm, and in need of surgery. My experience with Ability in Apopka has been exemplary. From the very first telephone call when Natasha answered the phone, and not a machine, I was put as ease. Natasha was very professional and accommodating handling my insurance, and getting me on their schedule. I met Tammy, the occupational therapist, who gently took off the splint that had been put on after surgery. She then prepared a custom splint with Velcro that I would be able to take off for showering and exercising. She then took measurements and assessed my wrist after which she assured me that I will regain use. Within a week I could see a huge improvement. With Tammy's expert advise and friendly smile, I know my objectives will be reached. It is a pleasure to work with this team where appointments are made and kept in a timely fashion, and the overall atmosphere is such that I feel we are all family.

I absolutely Adore Tammy! She's Gentle while manipulating my wrist and hand. She has a sense of humor but takes every question or concern I have, seriously with a knowledgeable explanation. I was patient at the "Ability Rehabilitation " recently, for 3 weeks. My experience was great. I was able to meet my goals and go back to my every day activities! All staff is very professional and attentive,and therapists are very knowledgeable. I would definitely go back to Ability if I should need therapy again!

Started coming here in June of this year after fracturing my wrist in two places. On my first visit I had limited to no movement in my left wrist, along with zero strength (actually 7lbs of grip strength but we will round down to zero) I’ve been coming for two months now and not only have I had significant improvement in movement and strength from the therapist I’ve seen here (Tammy) but the staff as a whole has been extremely nice and accommodating to my needs and schedule. Thanks for all the help in my road to recovery!

So many words that can describe Ability Rehab and its staff. Always greeted with a a smile and a kind word from Natasha and Junior. I've been in OT for 10 months now and after my 2nd surgery there's light at the end of the tunnel. Though all the glory goes to God, Tammy has played a key part in my rehab and healing. She always encourages me and pushes me to reach my goals. I would highly recommend this group of folks for any of your OT or PT needs.

My Husband and I, were first introduced to Ability Rehabilitation, in 2017 when I had to have Shoulder Surgery as the result of an auto accident injury. At that time I had my Therapy at the Ability Rehabilitation-KirkmanRd/Orlando-FL location, where ALL the Therapists were Great! Then in 2018, my Husband had developed a Ganglion Cyst on the top of his right hand...This called for emergency Hand Surgery, as he was losing the support of two of his fingers, as the Cyst was deteriorating the tendons quickly. Being already familiar with Ability Rehabilitation, we returned to the same location, where he met their Specialized Therapist, Tammy. Tammy was "Fabulous" and with her semi-circular work station, she would care for and supervise therapy exercises at times for 2 to 3 clients at a time. She was amazing...kind, funny, Great Personality, and very obvious... an "Expert" Therapist. Recently, March 2019....My Husband, had to have a 2nd Immediate Hand Surgery (Tendon Reconstruction/Implantation), which was a bit more intense than the first, on the same hand. When he was prescribed again for his post-op Therapy.....I called Ability Rehabilitation's Kirkman Rd location to get his scheduling set up with Tammy. I was advised that Tammy was now at the Ability Rehabilitation "Apopka" location. Even though the Apopka location was a bit more of a distance....my Husband was determined and more confident to stay with Tammy as his (Expert) Therapist. Knowing how well she helped him to regain the use of his hand before. At this time he has an additional 6 weeks of Therapy Sessions, at twice a week. Ability Rehabilitation has a vast team of excellent and congenial, super-caring Therapists, who assist numerous clients with various types of injuries and/or having had surgeries, and with great enjoyment doing so! Our Abundant "THANK YOU" and "APPRECIATION" to Tammy (Apopka Location)...Richard and Victor (Kirkman Rd/Orlando Location)....AND to ALL the Administrative Staff at Apopka and Kirkman Rd/Orlando Locations ALSO!!! Excellent staff. Everyone who works at Ability goes out of their way to make your recovery as easy for you as possible. The therapists are great, my regular one being Monica who has been instrumental in my back rehabilitation. And all of the front office staff are helpful and friendly no matter who you are dealing with that day, whether it is Natasha, Jr, or Mallory. The entire staff is great. I would highly recommend Ability for injury rehabilitation.

At first I was afraid of physical therapy, but now I am a fan, thanks to the therapists at the Apopka location. They are exceptionally professional, informed, and caring. They work well as a team and are warm and personable, including the office staff. I would not hesitate to recommend the Apopka Ability team to anyone needing rehabilitation.
