I decided to choose Performance Physical Therapy for my treatment after reading an article in the News Journal about Steve and his suggestions for building core strength. He included his E mail, so I asked him a question regarding an issue of mine to which he promptly responded. Now under treatment, it is apparent that all staff members take a personal interest in my well being. The experience is seamless and efficient, starting from the time I walk in the door. Staff members are friendly and genuinely concerned for my comfort and safety. Rebecca, an Aide, is very attentive and provides an invaluable service assisting therapists. Working with Melanie has been an absolute pleasure. Her professional, knowledgeable, and caring approach to my treatment has been exceptional. I've had several sessions at the new Christiana facility and enjoy the open and light-filled surroundings.

My visit with Performance Physical therapy is truly inexpressible. Everyone was very pleasant and did an excellent job at making me feel extremely comfortable. I was not truly confident that the therapy would work at getting me back to normal. I appreciate Melanie's patience and knowledge in what to do to make my visit successful. Thank you Melanie for taking time to listen to my life problems. I let her know, not only was she my therapist, but also my psychiatrist. Each staff member was professional and skilled in making sure I did my exercise correctly. The atmosphere was calm and peaceful. I give the staff a high five! Completed 4 weeks of PT with Melanie Fajardo DPT at the Christiana site. It was an excellent experience! She has a calm and suportive approach that encourages you to work hard and keep progressing. I was suggested to come to this physical therapist by a friend after I was in an auto accident, and I am so glad I took his suggestion! If you are in need of a physical therapist or are in search of a new one for whatever reason, this is the go to place! The staff are fantastic. They are kind, understanding, and genuine. I love going to every appointment and look forward to it. Also worth mentioning that their office is beautiful, professional and conveniently located from major highways, so very easy to get to.

After years of engaging in daily exercise routines at my local gym, I was thrown off my game when I found myself in pain: not only in my neck and upper back but also my jaw. With a doctors referral for physical therapy in hand, I headed to Performance Physical Therapy at its new location on Churchmans road. It was there that I experienced in my first visit what I consider a miracle in the hands of physical therapist Melanie F. Through her warm, friendly mannerisms, she throughout each treatment session provided: awareness as to exercises which not only addressed my problems but helped me return to my original level of functioning actively by: 1) demonstrating in office correct way to hold a plank; 2)encouraged at home follow up exercises by supplying printed material and 3) cheering / coaching as I made attempts to complete various challenging moves. -The Mountain Climber
