I can't even share enough great things about Doug Adams and Omega Project PT. The knowledge exchanged between Doug & his clients is beyond worth the cost of the sessions. By observing my movement patterns and personalizing my care, these sessions have been a game changer for me. I am now way more thoughtful about my movements while biking and lifting to keep me utilizing muscles at the proper times! Don't waste your time or money anywhere else!

I was a little skeptical when Doug told me about Deep Tissue Laser Therapy for my knee. I have had knee problems for years but in the last two years they have become painful, stiff and they just hurt all of the time.I have had surgery, cortisone shots, gel injections and did physical therapy. They helped a little but never really took away the pain.After I did my first laser therapy with Doug I was amazed at how good my knee felt! I could tell the difference right away. When I mentioned that my other knee was hurting he did the laser on that one too. After two sessions my knees feel good and for the first time in two years I am not walking with a limp. I have two more sessions to go but I would highly recommend Doug and his team if you are in pain to help you out!

The 3D gait analysis is state of the art, and Omega Project PT is the only location in the region that can provide it. It will provide you with highly personalized information that will help you identify strengths, weaknesses, and causes of injury. This service made a huge difference in my ability to stay healthy as a runner after years of injury (ultimately I was able to qualify for an Olympic Marathon Trials). Omega Project PT is not just for competitive runners. I just share that information to say that Omega Project is offering a high level of service. The individualized attention and educational component is important for anyone who wants to gain some tools to maintain health and be able to do the activities they enjoy. Brianne Scott is a remarkable physical therapist. She is skilled in assessment and treatment, offers encouragement and has an engaging personality. I have been treated by Brianne post procedure for a foot injury with fantastic results. I later received treatment both before and after a procedure for a hip condition that had plagued me for several years and am finally pain free! I appreciate that Brianne made sure I had the necessary instructions to continue strengthening exercises post treatment. As a non-athlete, I definitely benefited from the educational components she included in my therapy to help me lead a healthier and injury free life-style. Also, I have had three of my children evaluated and/or treated by Brianne and I recommend her to everyone I talk with who is in need of PT.
