After quitting 3 other physical therapy places I finally found the most amazing physical therapy center that has actually been able to help me. Shawn is the best physical therapist that I have ever been to, he actually listens to what I have to say and let’s me go at my own pace. I love that he uses newer techniques like dry needling and cupping which has made a huge difference in my fibromyalgia pain and trigger points/muscle knots. He is also able to use dry needling for endometriosis which I highly recommend trying if you suffer from chronic pain. So thankful I found this place and am grateful Shawn has been able to improve my quality of life. The staff there are also amazing, friendly and great at scheduling!

I was referred by my OB to see Shawn Schlegel for dry needling. I had severe lower abdominal pain due to several reproductive issues. It was difficult for me to sit, stand, dress and even walk without help. At the time I first saw Shawn I was walking with a limp. I could barely even pick up my children. After my first visit doing dry needling, I was able to walk out of their office without a limp! All of my pelvic pain was gone. It was amazing. I went 3 more times to get my lower back and hips in check and it worked like a charm! Doing this, as well as the exercises he suggested, is definitely making my body stronger. I recently threw my back out and couldn't move for 2 days. I was finally able to get to Shawn for the dry needling and again I was able to walk out of the office standing upright and pain free. As someone who has chronic pain I am so happy to have found dry needling. It has definitely changed my quality of life.

Thanks SO much to George and all the Physical Therapist and staff. I fell on July 29, dislocated my shoulder with complete rotator cuff tear. I had surgery to repair the rotator cuff on Sept 11. Six weeks later started physical therapy with ESOPT. George is my primary therapist, but have worked with almost all the therapist. When I started therapy, there was very little I could do with my arm, no strength in the arm or hand. Now, after less than three months therapy, I have almost complete recovery of the use of the arm and strength has returned to the almost normal level for both arm and hand! My visits of three times per week with the at home exercises George prescribed have worked wonders! At my age of 75+, one might think it would be very difficult to bounce back, but George and his staff have been able to bring my capabilities back to pre injury level. I am so appreciative to George and his staff! And here is the real plus, everyone at ESOPT is friendly and makes you feel at home from the first visit. From the front desk to the technicians and therapist, the friendly, caring atmosphere makes all the difference in the world to making the post surgery recovery a plesant experience. Again, thanks a million to a super bunch of folks.
