Before I began working with Jill Elliott at Aquacare Millville I had to drive 8 miles out of my way because I couldn't turn my head far enough to see at a fork in the road. Jill started me doing stretching exercises to increase flexibility in my neck. She worked me at just the right pace. Jill came up with a plan for setting up my computer workstation to avoid undoing all my progress. Jill has gone the extra mile to ensure that my progress continues long after I am done with physical therapy. Thank you Jill!

They listen to what you and you doctor say, but they can tell when you are pushing to hard on the outside, they can tell when you need a brake even when you try to push through an tell them your ok. So they alway have your best interest at heart.

I highly recommend this physical therapy facility. All staff are professional and extremely personable. In particular, physical therapists, Jill and Lauren go the extra mile to ensure that you perform the exercises with proper posture and execution. They both are so helpful by answering questions and explaining the rationale/purpose behind the exercises.

A deaf friend referred me to Lauren Nuttle at Aquacare in Millville and I'm glad I went! Lauren is bi-lingual in English and American Sign Language so many of my deaf friends go to her. She is professional, caring and spot on with the right techniques to customize my therapy. Her motto is "be easy on yourself" but gently pushes you to your goals. This site is well run and they call you to remind you of appointments the day before. I love the "surf and turf" approach, alternating with the pool and on land.
