My time at Spine and Sports PT was pretty much life changing. I came to Phil with annoying low back pain of over 2 years. I was frustrated and I knew I needed to change how I was treating this injury. I knew I wanted to do dry needling and after researching, I found Phil and saw that was an osteopractor. There is an huge advantage to receive treatment from a therapist with this distinction. Phil is one of the smartest people I have met and his approach to treatment was so refreshing. None of my treatments were the same, because I felt a little different each time I came in. He did not just treat the symptoms I was having - he treated my whole body. He performed a manipulation on me during my first visit and I could literally breathe better immediately after. Long story short, if you want to get better, go to Spine and Sports PT. I was feeling better than I had felt in over 2 years, in less than 10 visits. (Side note: I also had a treatment session with Chris, who is awesome as well. He has strong manual skills and also put me through a workout with exercises I have never seen before. I was - “wow I had a great workout” - sore for about 3 days and it was great!)

Top-grade care and service. Chris is a amazing, knowledgeable, dedicated PT. I've had multiply surgerys over the years and went to multiply PT offices and this by far is the best!
