I almost brushed off tightness and pain in my left leg until I spoke with someone who had a similar injury who scared me it could be Achilles related. I immediately spoke to Juliann Chacko about it and scheduled an appointment to figure it all out. Before the appointment, the tightness spread to my entire leg, but after one session I could actually walk normally. After 2 weeks of strengthening, stretching, and working on trigger points I feel better than ever now. Huge thanks to Juliann, Nick Almonte, Anthony Ciaburri, and the rest of the PTSMC Orange team for taking care of me. I was extremely impressed with their knowledge of how the body works, pain points, and strengthening for the future. I would highly recommend them.

I have had several issues and have dealt with them successfully at PTSMC. Modern medicine has a lot of answers, even for musculoskeletal issues. But before you try medicine or surgery, I would strongly suggest PTSMC first. Anthony and his team of Physical Therapists and staff are outstanding and professional. I highly recommend them.

Staff is friendly and caring! The Center is clean and bright, cheerful. When dealing with recovery and special needs, you want to come here. Have had physical therapy over the years for different needs and find the Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine Centers one of the best. Patients coming in are always greeted with a smile and they call you by your first name. They work with you, on your abilities at THAT moment, not where they think you should be, but at your abilities at the moment, encouraging you on, not making you feel you are behind in some 'written standard'. Everyone I have seen there appear happy to be there and to go the extra mile, so to say, because of the encouragement. I know that works for me.
