Bill and his staff are the best hands down. Came in after seeing another physical therapist elsewhere and am I glad I came to Bill. He showed me better knee exercises for my torn MCL after my other therapist gave me ones that really were not doing much to help me recover. The staff is friendly and very attentive. If I ever need physical therapy again I already know where I’m going.

I had a full knee replacement after five other knee/ankle surgeries. Park Avenue Physical Therapy is my 6th PT experience and BY FAR THE BEST!! I worked with Bill 3x a week for two months and have been in awe of his knowledge, my progress and most importantly his genuine compassion and dedication to my recovery. I am confident being in his care and know I will make a full recovery. As for his staff in the office, they are wonderful!! Thanks to each of them, every visit is such a pleasure. Look no further... Bill and his staff are compassionate and knowledgeable. I came to the practice in severe pain. Bill was attentive and innovative, helping to relieve the pain and address the underlying issues. He was even able to refer me to a doctor for continued support. He goes out of his way to accommodate schedules and truly provides individualized care. Bill & staff are excellent in each aspect of the PT process: knowledge, personalized treatment & treatment methods, concern & support, office hours, insurance paperwork & billing. Park Avenue Physical Therapy is the greatest physical therapy place ever. The staff is amazing. Everyone there is extremely nice and makes something that might not be enjoyable really fun. They also know everybody's name, so you will feel part of community when you join. When you are done with physical therapy, there is no pain whatsoever. They give recommendations for doctors for your specific injuries and they know exactly what to do to make you better. Their equipment is amazing and they tell you how to operate all of the equipment so nobody is hurt. The best part might be that there is always someone there to help if you have trouble with anything at all. I would give ten stars if I could. So, if you are considering Park Avenue PT, then please do so.

I went to multiple physical therapy facilities for post-op treatment after getting surgery done on the tendon of my big toe. None of those facilities did too much to help it. I reached out to Bill and the Park Ave staff, and after only 4 sessions, it feels like I didn't even get surgery. I will be playing professional football this fall and until then I will be getting treated here. The amount of manual therapy you receive with Bill is something that cannot be replicated. I travel 20 minutes each direction because it's more than worth it.

Night and day improvement to my severely pulled hamstring situation after just 2-3 sessions with Bill and Randi. I was able to resume driving one week after my injury the day after I received my first treatment. The entire staff is friendly and professional. Simply saying that Dr. Bill VanVynck is very knowledgeable in the field of biomechanics and phyiscal therapy would be selling him short: As I am sure many other physical therapists do, he understands how to do his job at a very high level. To me, this is a very important of the aspect of the job. Rehabbing a severe injury, in my case a knee injury, and putting your trust into another person to make sure you get back to where you need to be is not easy. I am so glad that I chose to see Dr. Bill Van Vynck at Park Avenue Physical Therapy.
