I completely tore my quad tendon at the gym and was referred to FYZICAL Therapy & Balance by my doctor, Dr. Akimbo. After several weeks of PT with Kaitlyn, I was able to put aside the crutches and the knee brace and start walking pain free. Aside from the therapy I received in the Southington clinic, I was given home exercises to do which were monitored weekly. I soon was able to do all of the activities I did before my injury including bike riding, jogging and working out including squats! Thank You FYZICAL!

I had a discectomy on my lower back in early November 2017. I have been going to PT at Fyzical for the last 3 months and could not be happier with the service provided to me. Amanda and Jen are hands on, very knowledgeable, and caring. They work with you to tailor a workout plan that best fits your needs and capabilities . Fyzical is very accommodating when it comes to making appointments and dealing with insurance companies. Thank you all for helping me get my LIFE BACK!

Very competent Dr Craig Z., really helped me to understand root cause of my problems.. The staff - everyone is nice, friendly and polite. The only thing I find objectionable is their billing policy. If they charge less from a person who self-pays, why do they charge very high(three times or so), from someone who has insurance that after adjusting the bill per Insurance company's rate, the customer ends up paying more than the self-pay?

I'm really so surprised to see the 1-star review below. Not my experience at all! (I imagine there's more to the story here...) My experience was so positive. Friendly, respectful, on time, sincere care, bent over backwards to make the total experience wonderful. I had a severe ankle sprain from rolling my foot while running. The team took the time to understand what I wanted to do (first, get rid of my pain, and then get me back to running ASAP) and built my care plan specifically for that. Over the next weeks, they eliminated my pain, got me stronger than I was before, and had me ready for my 10K. I can't thank then enough

The employees are very rude and unprofessional. They can't even set up a simple PT appointment. I guess less appointments less work. Too bad the calls are not monitored or recorded!!!!!

Physical therapist Amanda is great! She’s knowledgeable and she cares about her patients. She is gentle but challenging at the same time. Her goal is to see her patients make progress. I’ve have her twice for different issues and I would highly recommend her.

And you get a nice hot cup of coffee at the end of your session to help you relax. Lol. Thank you Jennifer, Ananda, Jocelyn and Erin for making my experience less painful. I had two shoulder surgeries over this past year and a half. I began my treatment with Jen. Although it has been a long road to recovery, I don’t believe I would have had as much success at another therapy office. During this time I have also treated with Keith and Amanda.
