The Front Desk Clerk was amazing she was very efficient able to muti-task . Giving each patient undivided attention -RGross The medical staff was awesome fast explaining every detail she knew the job very well a pleasure !! The only complaint is that I notice maybe the manger standing around she didn't speak to anyone or smile !! She was micromanaging the staff she had on black pants & red shirt with a walkie talkie on her hip I made eye contact on two seperate occasions she still didn't greet me .Very uncomfortable she was in the front office & back hallway never greeted anyone that I saw.

I had a great experience at Concentra. I came in with an upper respiratory infection and they took me back immediately when they found out I have a history of asthma. The staff was quick and thorough. My only issue was that I needed to follow up with them to have a prescription filled and their phones weren't working so I had to return in person for the request.

I had a very pleasant experience, I had shown up right at 8:00am along with at least 8 other people to find out that my company did not properly make an appointment. The front desk ladies were happy to accommodate me even with a busy morning. I was in and out of there in under an hour without an appointment. The NA and the PA were both very nice and efficient. They each provided comfortable conversation while being very productive to get me on my way as quickly as possible. I would recommend Concentra, but even more this location to anyone.

Everyone there was nice I was treated kindly and with respect by all office members and the underlings. I dont mind people having opinions but the nurse practitioner was very opinionated and made me feel like a pos bc I go to a treatment center for addiction I didnt go there looking for a lecture just a physical. She went above and beyond to make me feel like I was below her and I just didnt expect it. She needs compassion or just to keep her mouth shut.

I went in for a Job physical that included lifting weights. Needless to say I read the reviews prior to going in to the New Haven location. Mostly being negative but I decided to give them opportunity to show me differently. The place was clean a large tv to watch and fresh coffee, but all that does not matter when you have to wait for over two hours for a physical. Then after I registered I received an email that no one told me I had to fill out on my phone and after that was done then they would place my chart into rotation. Then after the questionnaire was done I still sat and waited for another 30 minutes. I finally get into the back after the receptionist said your still sitting there. She gets a staff member to start the process after that I was out within 20 minutes. The whole process is backwards or there needs to a better system...

Sent for a DOT physical. Was there almost 3 hours. Not sure why have to wait for 45+minutes after check in time, then wait several minutes between exams. Then when wait another 45+ minutes for the PA to do her physical exam. Excessive lag time between exams. Why should the whole thing take longer than 45 minutes??

I had a 1:00 scheduled appointment with a doctor, signed in and was told all the rooms were full and it would be 1-1/2 hours so I said I had therapy scheduled after my doctor visit can I just go there first, they said that was ok and they would hold my spot. So after therapy I checked back and they didn’t hold my spot and I was not waiting another 1 to 1-1/2 hours to be seen, why make an appointment if they are not going to hold that appointment. I can understand if I was just walking in but I had an appointment scheduled.

The place was busy. But the staff was friendly once things got moving. The only thing that threw me off was that I stood at the front desk for a while and no staff acknowledged or instructed me to sign in or anything. I had to notice there was a sign in sheet and I signed in and sat for a while before they called me back. A simple "hello, we will be with you" and I would have given 5 stars.

I went here after a tick bite, for simple prophylaxis. I had the misfortune of being seen by a doctor Kennedy. First, I had to argue, at length, to get what any other MD would immediately provide. Then, when he finally relented. He wrote the script for only half the required dosage. When confronted w/the fact that the NIH, JAMA, & anyone else w/a clue all mandate twice what he'd written. He threw a hissy fit. I had to go see a second MD, who immediately gave me a script for the correct dosage. I retired from a twenty year career in health care. Concentra is a low budget, low quality of care organization. The Newark Delaware location is a dump, staffed by Kennedy, & kids in scrubs. Do yourselves a big favor, & never set foot in this place...

Went here for a pre-hire drug test, I was left waiting for a hour to take my test once I took it the first nurse said it was 95° & fine and started entering my info into there computer system. Then a supervisor walks over and looks at the cup after it had sat with no top on the cup for at least 3 minutes and asked the other nurse to poor it into another cup for reasons I do not know. She then stated it didn't register on the new cups tempeture strip.So I was asked to do it again, which I did and once again I was told by the supervising nurse it did not register. This also was happening to the 2 other gentleman that were there to give a pre-hire drug screening. This made it obvious to anyone with common sense that the temperature strips in these cheap instant urine drug test were faulty. I have been clean and sober for 9 years on this September 12th 2017 except for my one prescription. I wouldn't risk my sobriety for any reason and know I was clean except for that one prescription but I personally believe I was being treated this way due to the one prescription I am on is methadone and for anyone that is on this treatment or has family on it they know the stigma and way you get treated by many health professionals is horrible once they read your on this misunderstood medication. Then after being there for almost 2 and a half hours total I finally after chugging water out of the machine the hole time was asked to take my test for a third time, this time suprisingly the supervisor after being very disrespectful accussing me of whatever finally excepted my third specimen. By this time the office was to close in about 30 minutes and I had to pickup my son about 25 minutes away an since there was people ahead of me I was told to return the next day meaning today June 16th to take my physical so we'll see what happens when I show today

I was scheduled @ 1p for pre-employment testing. I was to get blood work and then report to the company's HR dept after I was finish with everything else. When I got to Concentra I was told I was not on their schedule. I was also told they were backed up and to come back before 3p. I doubled checked that I was scheduled with the employer and advised them of the long wait time. I came back @ 2:30p and was told I would still have an 1 hr 30 min - 2 hr wait! I was able to get ahead of the line so I only waited about 20 - 25 mins. The physical and drug screen was quick. I was able to rush back to the company's HR dept, which I just made only because I called due to getting lost going to the office. The staff was very nice and professional. They were very helpful and accommodating but the enormous wait time and misinformation could have caused me to have to delay my start date if not miss the job opportunity completely. Needless to say, Concentra has to do better when it comes to pre-employment testing. Maybe only do it on certain days or from certain times or only do a certain number of pre employment testing per day to make sure u can have a more reasonable wait time.

My visit was horrible. We waited for two hours, just for a 5 minutes drug test. There was barely any people there, and it took them a while to even put my name on the list. As soon as someone started my paperwork, she went on break. And I was sitting there for a long time, and the line was moving but I never got called up. So, I went the window and found out that my paperwork was never put into the system.

Horrible experience, Christal, one of the nurses, was quite unprofessional as she proceeded to laugh as I fell while I practiced using my crutches. Thankfully, Joyce, another nurse, supported me so that I didn’t fall and hit my head. Furthermore, you will experience a long wait as the office is quite understaffed. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere. I came into the clinic at 12noon and did not leave until 3:15pm for a sprained ankle. The physical therapist is great and the Assistant Manager, Kristen, is professional. Overall, I would not return.

Your breathalizer showed that I was legally drunk. Not sure how that happened since I knew I was taking a breathalizer and no one in their right mind would drink before that. I tried to protest the results, the lady at the office said there was nothing she could do. However when the machine was tested with just air, the reading was .037. To me that says at the least you should have deducted that much from my test results and actually you should have thrown the results out and used a different machine. There are numerous things that can give a false positive. Including but nt limited to, anything spicy, acid reflux, certain medications, etc. No one asked about any of those. Very funny that 2 hrs later I had a BAC of .00. Not possible to get rid of that much alcohol in that short of a time frame.

I needed a PPD(tuberculosis test-they inject a tiny bit of solution under the skin) placed for work. This is a procedure a nurse can do and the whole thing from start to finish takes 2 minutes .I waited in the waiting room for an hour for a two minute procedure .Seemed a little disorganized. I understand the concept of signing in and "first come first served", but honestly I should not have had to wait my turn for a two minute procedure. I am a nurse and have worked in internal medicine for 10 years. My complaint may seem petty but this could have been handled more efficiently. I will say that the doctor was friendly, warm, knowledgable and personable and the waiting room and exam room was clean. .

When I started going to Concentra 10 years to get a Deldot physical it was not such a nice place to go. The staff personnel were not friendly and sometimes vary short with you. That has been changing over the years.The staff now are pleasant and helpful it's now a pleasure to get my physical done there.

I feel sorry for the ladies up front. They take the blunt of the attitudes and complaints from incompetent "doctors". Its even hard to call them doctor. They were constantly on google on there cell phones looking up medical terms. What a joke. This is what I expect socialized medicine to look like. I come in for treatment but before I can be cleared they need my family doctor to explain what the meds I am on do. So I return there requested paperwork and still waiting now 2 days for them to clear me. Its a sad establishment. I wouldn't trust them to remove a splinter from my ass.

When I arrived the lady at the desk was very nice once taken back I was treated very poorly. I had to give a urine sample for a job the girl treated me like scum. They gave me exactly one minute try and give a sample before banging on the door screaming at me to come out. I drank tons of water to be able to pee. The girl told me it was to clear and basically I was lying they tested it it was pee. Over all the girl was very rude made me feel very uncomfortable and like I did something wrong when I did not.

I went to this place in June 2018. This place is the worst place i have ever been Too. I would not even give it a star but Google is making me too, this place deserve nothing. They say immediate care but hell nothing is immediate. They tell you upfront that your wait time will be four hours. Yep as you read 4 freek’n hrs. they leave you at the front for an hour then they get you inside the room throw you there for another three freaking hours. you got to be kidding me I would’ve gone to the emergency hospital better than going to this place. At least at the hospital they have all the equipment and they have all the great doctors unlike this place they have 50 people who are sick and only two doctors who works there this is ridiculous and the staff are mean, cruel and rude. I would definitely “”NOT””recommending this place to anybody. these people are ignorant.

Well to start they take a very long time to attend you. However, the clerk also changed my test that was originally a breathalyzer to a urine and breathalyzer. I saw her cross it out and mark the other one then lied and said she had called my job and they said to do both. That took extra time. Very unprofessional. That is money the state pays for each test for you to just change it.

Worst experience ever! If you feel like waiting for 2 hours to get called back after being told no appointment necessary and watch everybody that comes in after you go back with no appointment then this is your place but if not seek alternate venue. I was there a week ago for a DOT physical and watched as the waiting room cleared out twice before I was even called back and it wasn't until I asked when I was going back when I got called back. I understand if people have appointments that they get to go before people who don't but don't have everyone in your waiting room with no appointments go back before somebody else who's been there for two hours! And mind you half the other people that were there were there for the same thing I was. Then after being sent back and having the doctor performing a physical tell me that I cannot receive my card until my doctor sends my medical records to them even though I had them in hand is ridiculous!

The team appears to be constantly overwhelmed, either due to unexpected volume or challenges with staffing. They are flexible and responsive - but not rapid.

I was the second person in line at 8am, I completed intake paperwork for a work physical and after waiting for 35 minutes I asked when I would be seen by someone. I found out my information was not in the computer yet and I needed to fill out more paperwork..... 20 minutes later and they finally called me in. They were able to accommodate a quick physical as I needed to head to work. The staff is friendly and caring however, get there with more than 1.5 hours of time for a 10 minute appointment.

Very nice people but that is where it ends, my girlfriend went in to get blood drawn. It took over 3 HOURS to draw blood, two hours of waiting in the waiting room then she was in a room waiting for someone to draw her blood for an hour we could clearly hear the nurses and techs talking in the hallway about lunch. VERY VERY untrained staff, it became so busy at one point a woman got fed up and left her desk leaving us waiting for our paperwork, we had to ask the woman handing out snacks to help us. My suggestion would be for everyone from the Doctors down to the Techs get a training course on their jobs and on how to be efficient. 3 hours for one vile of blood!!!!

Once I was called back, the services were done quickly and was told to wait a minute to get a copy of my ppd test. I have going here for almost 15 years, twice a year for a physical and check up. In the early 2000's, it was great. Staff was friendly and kind and made you feel welcomed. My latest experience, in March 2016, I had a 10:15 am appointment. I left at 2:25 pm, when I was told I had a 1 1/2 hour wait time. I rescheduled with similar results. I am not sure if they are handling more than they are able to, or if they simply need a bigger location.

Then to call an addition person to check for a temperature who did not do a thorough look , she just glanced at the cup and proceeded on her way. So now I wouldn’t rate my experience 5 stars .
