Hello Dr. Bremner, I utilized your expertise for a few months in preparation of enlisting in the Army. I suffered from debilitating lower back pain and your extremely professional knowledge, experience, and practice healed me and I was able to complete: Infantry Basic Training Infantry AIT Airborne School (in which I jumped out of airplanes with 70lbs of gear strapped to my body) Special Operations Selection (which includes several long distance rucks with over 100 lbs on my back and various extremely challenging and physically demanding training events) I am now a part of an elite special operations unit that specializes in airfield seizures, raids, counter terrorism, hostage rescue, and various airborne, waterborne, and high risk land operations. I absolutely could not have done any of this without your PT. Words cannot express my gratitude and I cannot praise your knowledge and abilities enough. Thank you so much. I will continue to recommend your services/ practice to my colleagues and friends.

On Saturday 5/18 I was able to scrap paint off from under the base board I could not have done that a year ago, Dr. Meredith Bremner is a fantastic physical therapist, she knows what she is doing in her field of study. Since I started going to Direct Access DPT and Fit Grand Junction my activity, balance, and health has improved. I can do so much more than I could do a year ago. Thank you Chris and Meredith.

I think the very best testament I can give for FIT GJ is my recent visit to my Rheumatologist. She said this is the best you have felt in a long time. What¹s new? I said, I changed gyms and my workouts are now supervised by a Doctor of Physical Therapy. She was very thankful I had made the change and my body was no longer feeling so beat up. There is an emphasis on proper form (quality) over repetition (quantity.). As a part of my membership, I received a full PT evaluation. As a result of that evaluation, I have been receiving weekly treatments on my right hip. I recently swam my first big swim meet in over 30 years and my hip never once bothered me. I feel great. If I were to ever open my own gym, this is the model I had in mind. You just can¹t beat the level of experience and knowledge of the owner/operators of this business.

Really a great experience. Had a tear on my biceps tendon and Meredith worked with me to avoid surgery. It’s also nice that the office is in their gym and was able to coordinate workouts that worked around my injury.

After 1 1/2 years of trying to rehab a knee with chronic synovitis, Dr Meredith Bremner provided me with treatments including manual treatment, dry needling and exercises that have allowed my knee to heal. She understands how to move you from diagnosis back to your daily life whether that includes sports, work, or simply activities of daily living. There is not enough space here to praise her as much as I would like. You will not find a better PT that uses a multi-faceted approach to healing.
