I am currently going to Premier Physical Therapy for my knee. I started having problems a while back from playing soccer and just needed to be able to run again without pain. When getting prescribed PT I actually requested to go to this place and I'm glad I did. Friendly people, efficient work, and a really comfortable environment. Magazine choices rule too

I dislocated my shoulder multiple times before having surgery for a torn labrum, and during that time I went to several physical therapists around Santa Cruz and had disappointing experiences. When I finally got my surgery, I wanted to make sure I worked with a great team of physical therapists so that I could come back stronger and return to surfing and playing volleyball at the same level I had been before. Premier Physical Therapy was the answer! Eric and Charlene and the team did an amazing job of both pushing and pacing me through the recovery process (I got lightly reprimanded once because they saw me trying to bump a volleyball in the parking lot one day before my appointment a little before I should have been...lol). They were friendly, knowledgeable, and while I was there I saw them helping people of all ages recovering from a wide variety of injuries. But especially if you are an injured athlete who is motivated to get back to the sports that make your life complete, this is the place for you! Thanks, Eric!

I saw Scott for back and hip pain with an excellent outcome. He was interested in my problem and demonstrated a high level of assessment and diagnostic skills. He was constantly in teaching mode as he worked with me. At the end of each visit, we reviewed my plan with handouts. Being a visual learner, this was especially helpful. I would highly recommend him!

A true physical therapy factory. You will be assessed by a Dr of PT and then passed on to a physical therapy assistant or sometimes a kinesiology UCSC intern who will use outdated 1990s elastic band exercises on you. I saw 5+ PT'S in Santa Cruz over the last 3 years for post-knee surgery and the only legit, attentive clinic I found was Precision off of 41st Ave. Save the extraneous billing charges for ineffective modalities and avoid this place if you have a serious rehab problem.

I have made great progress since being treated at Premier Physical Thearpy. I suffer from Fibromyalgia and have found it difficult to find treatment options in the past. The therapist are very professional and patient. They take the time to explain treatment plans and help in your progress. I highly recommend them for your physical thearpy needs.

I wish I could give a review of their therapy services, but they are BOOKED TWO MONTHS OUT! If you’re in pain, 2 months is too long to wait. My doctor referred me and when they called me, i was put on hold for over 5 minutes while they checked my insurance. That was a waste of everyone’s time, since they are booked.
