My mother was in Springdale Health and Rehab Dec 2012-Mar 2013. This place was absolutely wonderful to her. The staff was very compassionate to her and my family. They were always there when someone needed them and provided great care to her. I have seen several facilities over time and this one was by far the best. The place was kept clean and very appropriate. Anytime I had concerns the staff was more than willing to assist with whatever the need was. My mother talked about how the staff treated her and was very nice to her. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone who is needing a place for their loved one. My appreciation goes out to everyone at Springdale Health and Rehab for taking such great care of my mother.

My mother-in-law was there for 6 days for rehabilitation.A few nurses that was on the A hall was not very nice, not gentle with the patient. My mother-in-law was not taking care of like she should have been. It was not a good experience for her and our family.I would not recommend this facility.

My loved one is dead, and he suffered for many hours at Springdale Health and Rehabilitation before getting sent to the hospital at our family's insistence, where he later died. He might be alive today if they had not blown him off as anxious and failed to recognize and give appropriate care in the face of a life-threatening development in his health. I have no interest in writing this review except to help other families and patients not go through what my loved one and our family suffered.

My cousin, who is paralyzed, was not cared for properly in this place. Her colostomy bag burst because it had not been changed as needed.

I have worked at this facility for over 2 years. I would not continue to stay employed at a place that I do not believe in. Since I have started I have watched this place transform from a good place to put your loved one to a great place. We have a great team here that recognizes that a nursing home is not the place that one strives to be so we try to make the transition and stay as pleasant as possible. We truly care about our patients and try to make this their home.

Please read reviews and take them seriously. They are correct. The matresses in my moms room was filthy.. Theyre supposed to be cleaned in between paitents.. Hers had crusty god knows what. Her private room smelled like urine.. Grout in bathroom black with mold or god knows what. Never provide your families social security number. They bill for medically unnecessary therapy. My mother has absolutely no mobility issues or fall issues. She only needed speach therapy. Please walk through.. My brother said that they refused until paperwork was signed.. Thats unethical. Refer to paitents rights.. My mother will never return

As a nurse in this facility, I can honestly say that the staff here has one common goal and it's that all our residents receive quality care. Every resident in our facility is treated the way we would want our own love ones to be treated. We have an incredible therapy wing with well trained therapist that have been with this facility for up to 10 years. This facility is very clean, our housekeeping team does a fantastic job of keeping it that way. Our staff of LPNs and RNs have a ton of experience, training, and most importantly, huge hearts! We have 3 doctors and 3 APNs with an extensive background in long term care and round throughout the week to make sure optimal care is being provided. I really do enjoy working here and we strive to make this the best place for our residents.

This wonderful facility literally brought my husband back from the dead! When discharged from the hospital after a very long stay, he was so weak that he couldn't sit up by himself, couldn't even get out of bed. He was in very low spirits because he wasn't able to go home and almost gave up. He was told by doctors that they weren't sure that he'd even get to go home. He is coming home in two days and I credit the wonderfully skilled and caring staff for not only getting him back on his feet, but also giving him the will and hope to work hard to get better. But his caregivers aren't the only ones who helped out when serious problems arose. When we ran into financial issues, Liz took the time to help me out with paperwork, much of which was very repetitive and confusing, all the while treating me with the utmost respect and compassion. When we had issues with insurance wanting to stop paying, Macey helped me with the many appeals I had to file. Once my husband was ready to be released, she also set up our Home Healthcare and made sure that he had everything he needed to make it at home, from a nebulizer to a wheelchair. Not knowing what to expect when all this started, I was very anxious and worried to begin with. We came out of it feeling very lucky that we chose Springdale Health and Rehab as our Skilled Care Facility of choice. Thank you all, from Housecleaning to aids to nurses to therapists to admin.
