When I first came to Select Physical Therapy I came in with a bent over posture and in a lot of back pain. First 3 weeks still in pain but i noticed the pain gradually decreasing.4th-5th week I'm not walking bent over standing taller and in less pain.Perseverance is paying off.The key is to keep moving at Select Physical Therapy and at home.
