RISE Physical Therapy is a wonderful facility and staff! The crisp, bright interior is modern and professional looking. This is what drew me first to check it out plus recommendations from Mercy Hospital personnel. It is great to have PT in my community out Wedington Drive Fayetteville. Ashley and Sean are both so personable and provided excellent, individual care for my physical therapy after a full knee replacement. If you are looking for PT, try them first! You won’t want to go anywhere else.

Derek Lee was my granddaughter‘s physical therapist after she had ACL reconstructive surgery. Not only was he qualified to deliver the utmost care for her recuperation, his character is beyond reproach. We are forever blessed by the care, professionalism and personality of Derek. This made a difference in my granddaughters commitment to fulfill the exercises needed for her recovery. I am so happy to see that Derek has concorred one of life‘s biggest challenges and has gone on to open this wonderful facility. I have absolutely no reservations about recommending Derek Lee and Rise Physical Therapy.

I woke up one morning, and I could barely move my neck from side to side and in a lot of pain. I was able to get an appointment quickly. Sean made a very uncomfortable situation easy for me. He worked with me over several appointments and went over exercises to do at home. I regained full movement of my neck and now have exercises to do if it ever feels tight or sore in the mornings. The whole office is great. You can tell that they all enjoy working there based on the way they interact with each other. I would recommend Rise any day!

I’ve never been to PT but needed relief from severe shoulder pain. I tried Rise and had a great experience. Derek is knowledgeable and helped me through a lot of exercises to increase mobility. After a few visits I was feeling so much better and could do movements I hadn’t in months. It’s been a while and I am still pain free. I had back to back knee replacements. Right after my 2nd one, the Rise had just opened a new location on Weddington by my house so I thought Id try them out. You walk in to a very friendly receptionist, Ashley, the mood is very relaxed, and I saw Sean the PT Therapist. His routine was a lot different than Id experienced at the 1st PT. I'd been using a lot of machines at the other PT Company. Sean uses total body manipulation; by that I mean he makes your own body do all the work. The rotation degree he led my knees to was amazing. My 1st knee had dropped to 111 degrees before I saw him. He got both my knees well over 120 degrees. Although I complained whenever I had to do sit-to-stands, it was all worth it. I'm so glad the Rise Physical Therapy new office opened, or I would never have heard about them. I would rate them 100+ in a scale from 1 to 10. I'm 55 and have Rheumatoid arthritis, so I truly appreciated their patience, the calm atmosphere, and the amazing skills of Sean, PT. Huge thank you for all you guys did! If you are looking for a Physical Therapist, choose the Rise! You will be glad you did when your body shows the results!

I had knee replacement surgery in 2017, and after months of physical therapy at a different facility, I could barely walk, even with the help of a walker. I was making no progress. My doctor called Rise Physical Therapy. Within 4 weeks I had regained 100% movement, so much so that when I returned to my doctor for a follow up exam, I learned that my progress was more than his other patients who had knee replacement surgery the same time as I had!

If you are looking for a massage therapist Kadi is your girl. When I first started seeing her I was training for a physique show. Constantly sore and tight and beginning to not train as well. She incorporated deep tissue massages along with cupping and the improvement I began to see was incredible! The entire staff is awesome, check this place out!

Sean is professional and very good at what he does. I had a total knee replacement two years ago and haven't had full range of motion since. Had a fantastic experience with Rise PT, the Wedington location, from start to finish. The medical office staff was accomodating from my first inqiury, understanding my urgency to get started when released by my physician, being extremely flexible for scheduling through 5+ months of therapy, and keeping on top of my insurance - I never had to even inquire once. Both therapists there full time were excellent, so I had no hesitation with going with either, and they picked right up on where I was in my progress. They pressed enough to make sure improvement was possible, but minimizing any bad discomfort. I also took advantage of the massage available as well, which was incredible since they consulted with my PT to know what I was needing and what was ok to do. Overall, I highly recommend Rise PT. Sean and Ashley are awesome. I came in with pretty severe lower back pain that I lived with for almost two years.
