I had knee surgery for a torn meniscus. For the first few days after surgery, I couldn't walk on it or straighten my leg. Ryan did a careful evaluation of my knee and gave me very specific exercises to improve my range of motion and strength. Within two sessions, I was showing great improvement. He added exercises that I could do at home as well. Ryan listened carefully to my feedback and adjusted the therapy as needed. Next Generation is amazing. The staff is friendly and professional. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

These guys and gals are true class. I broke my knee last January and started my physical therapy recovery last May. Jacob and his team are absolutely remarkable. They never lost faith in me even when I may have lost faith in myself. They were very honest with me from the beginning and let me know exactly how each stage was most likely going to feel throughout my recovery time. They have a very comfortable clinic with quite a few amenities that helped my progress go a lot smoother. The most impressive thing about there clinic is their bedside manner. Wonderful staff!!! I've seen multiple physical therapist over the years and Justin is the only one that actually listened to what I wanted and made a plan to help me achieve that. We all have different needs and I had no need to do physical therapy designed for a 60 year old grandma and Justin heard that. Every time I went for a session I was challenged physically to do better and I enjoyed every moment of it. Justin, Lauren, Tyler, and Conner are so friendly you don't feel like your visiting with a stranger because they treat every client I saw come in as a friend who they genuinely care for. My pain in my lower back is completely gone and I was taught what I would need to do to maintain a good body posture for the rest of my life so I never have the issue again. If At all possible I go with them. What I respect most about Jacob is that he makes it a priority to teach you how to correct your issue yourself. Time and time again he has left my Refferal a without a follow up appointment booked. He's more interested in getting you back on the field with an enthusiastic referral than havingy you come back to tag your insurance repeatedly. Awesome staff! They explain thoroughly each exercise prior to execution. They monitor you to ensure the exercise is performed to benefit the muscle group you're working! Went in to NGPT with a shoulder injury (SLAP tear). I had the extremely ambitious goal of being able to participate in a charity golf marathon (100 holes in a single day) only 6 weeks after getting out of the sling, or 12 weeks post-surgery. I MUST give credit to Ryan and crew. He knowledgeably walked the fine line of staying cautious not to re-injure, yet pushing me to my limit. His suggestion to use blood-flow restriction therapy seemed to really make a difference in speed of strength gains. Ryan and Jewlea always hung in there when I wanted to do more or push harder, even when it ran into lunchtime once! They always made me feel welcome and I never got the impression I was just another patient. Even on days when I was in a bad mood, they were positive and uplifting. I whole-heartedly recommend Next Generation Physical Therapy to anyone. (And yes, I was able to play all 100 holes! Every drive, iron, and putt!) Thanks NGPT!!!

Routine life had gotten painful...constantly! Unable to take anti-inflammatory, not wanting to take pain meds, and unwilling to have surgery. After diagnosis of moderate to severe arthritis in multiple areas, I decided to give this a whirl. Go, just GO. What an incredible feeling to have some relief. Awesome staff throughout front office to back and environment is great. Dr. Erin has worked wonders with me. Very knowledgeable and patient. Thumbs up to Dr.Justin and dry needling. If you are in need of physical therapy then Next Generation is the place for you. On two separate occasions Jacob and his staff have take me from not being able to walk to walking normally with no pain or stiffness. Once with my back and once with my leg. Next Generation also saved my wife from having knee surgery. After examining her knee they found surgery wasn't needed, just therapy. After exercising the knee she walks with no pain and no limping. If you are suffering from back or knee pain, see Next Generation and if someone has recommended surgery, get a second opinion from the team at Next Generation before having surgery !

I've been Going to Next Gen. for over 4 weeks now due to my surgery and they are the BEST Physical Therapy facility I have ever been to. I have been to different places in North Little Rock and Little Rock before and Next Gen. by far is the best. Emily is wonderful! They are all a very caring staff as well. I want to get well fast so I do not mind being pushed a little. In the past, I've gotten in trouble a little for wanting to do more exercises than I should. After having back surgery I was still in pain due to one of my discs reupturing again. My surgeon wanted me to try physical therapy before we jumped into another surgery. I was confused on how that would help since it was something physical touching nerves in my spine. I thought it wouldn't help, and would potentially make it worse. When I arrived, Jacob looked me over, set a plan, and talked about what the goal was. I was extremely happy with the results and the fact it would help. There isn't a cookie cutter approach at this facility for everyone, they really take the time to tailor a plan for your situation. I've been to PT facilities in the past for this issue (before the rupture) and I've never had results like I received at Next Generation PT. When my wife started having knee issues a year later I immediately went to Next Generation PT to set her up with an appointment. I highly recommend Next Generation PT to anyone that needs physical therapy, you won't regret it!

These guys are amazing! I've been battling a chronic leg/foot pain issue for over six months now and Dr. Jacob used Dry Needling on my leg. After just two treatments I'm FINALLY getting relief that nothing else would fix. I'd been to a medical doctor, a podiatrist, and massage therapy with no long term relief prior to starting PT. Highly recommend NGT!!!

All of the staff is very friendly, from the moment you walk in, to when you leave. I like that they have many different treatment options, with the equipment. Dr. Johnson explains everything before starting and while doing it with you. They also have a massage therapist (Kandi) in house, that did wonders for me! If they keep up what their doing they'll outgrow their clinic very fast! I definitely recommend them to anyone needing PT or a therapy massage. A Bonus... it's locally owned and operated.

My surgeon told before my surgery that my rehab (catastrophic rotator cuff arthroscopic surgery) would almost certainly be the most painful experience of my life. Straight faced and as plainly honest as anyone has ever been. Naturally, anxiety and dread plagued me during my 6 weeks of post-op immobility. My surgeon recommended Next Generation in Cabot. I am being treated by a professional and friendly staff 3 times/week. Their facility is very well appointed with all the equipment, machines, weights, massage tables, etc. and enough floor space to accommodate several patients at the same time. My rehab/treatment program is designed to my specific needs of recovery/rehab, increasing range of motion and strengthening my shoulder/arm while decreasing my pain and discomfort. Dr. Jacob and Dr. Emily are always mindful to educate, encourage and prepare you for every phase or level of treatment. I look forward to my appointments as an opportunity to continue the hard work of progress. If you are shopping for a facility to professionally manage your physical therapy/rehabilitation needs by friendly and courteous staff, I suggest you visit NEXT GENERATION in Cabot.
