They're horrible, they have workers with bad attitudes, I believe that if you work with elderly's and children you should always have a positive attitude but the workers there don't have any of it they need to hire people with better quality.

When my grandmother had a heartattack and was sent to the hospital they didn't bother to call my mother to notify her. The hospital had to call her after 24 hours to tell her she was dying. Legacy is truly the worst nursing home. Do not send your loved ones here.

They suck. The "HR" is completely disrespectful and sloppy. They kept losing people's checks and really don't care about the patients residing here. That's why I firmly believe they keep getting audited for "foul play". I definitely wouldn't want the facility Legacy Declining Health for anyone.
