REVIEWS OF Joint Effort Physical Therapy IN Arkansas

Sarah Beth Phillips

I first became Rob’s patient when I was 7 years old because I have (was born with) Cerebral Palsy—a neuromuscular challenge impacting the way I walk. Rob was relentless in his efforts to improve my mobility—which he did drastically. He also guided my extensive rehabilitation following two CP-related surgeries. Now in my mid-thirties, I live a full, independent life—much credit and gratitude for that goes to Rob. I fell this past weekend and hurt my shoulder. I knew I needed Rob’s help. He scheduled me a next-day appointment for deep tissue laser treatment—something I had not done previously. As always, he and Gretchen enthusiastically welcomed me into the office and were genuinely concerned about my injury. Rob thoroughly explained the laser treatment before we began and ensured I was comfortable throughout the treatment itself. I know it will expedite my healing process. Given all my experience with physical therapy throughout my life, I can say with certainty Rob and Gretchen are the best. They continually distinguish themselves with their commitment to learning/utilizing new treatment methodologies and seeking the most effective treatments for patients. What I love most about them, though, is the authentic compassion and care they demonstrate for all patients. It is an extraordinary experience knowing their jobs are so much more than “jobs” to them. I have referred countless people to them over the years and will continue to do so! If you need PT, schedule an appointment today! I promise you will be glad you did!

The staff and environment are very welcoming. The therapist genuinely care about doing everything they can to help you heal and return to your normal activity level. The laser therapy is amazing! I highly recommend for any physical therapy needs you may have.

I saw the owner on Dr. Pans Facebook page calling him a liar. Dr. Pan is a dedicated pediatrician and senator. He’s fighting for children in regards to vaccines. This owner is a rabid antivaxxer. If you value science, you shouldn’t see a man who openly accosts a pediatrician, and believes vaccines are a conspiracy. How many of his patients are in danger of him giving them dangerous advice?
