At my recent physical, I asked my doctor about my lower back and SI joint pain. After an x-ray, he recommended physical therapy. I chose Fyzical due to location and friends recommendations. It was a good decision. My number one take away from therapy was that it significantly raise my expectations of where I could be physically , I was fortunate to work with each of the therapist. This was a plus as I learned skills and techniques from each of them. All were great to work with. I have added several of the exercises to my daily routine and have modified others in order to improve on them. I can now start the day with less pain and discomfort. I now have a higher expectation of myself and my physical ability.- Steven Stolp

As to the review on Miss Lyndsey, this is totally dishonest and I can even prove by publishing the letter coming from the lawyer and the Board of PT, the Arkansas AG finding us to be at no fault. This pt claims that we were the only place that gave her pain relief but when it was time to pay the bills, she wanted different type of discounts and preferential discounts which she was already informed from the very beginning that if she uses her insurance, we have to charge her per what her insurance deem is and she wanted this done this way to count toward her deductible. But then when she thought that her deductible was too high and she won't meet it, she wanted to pay out of pocket without utilizing the insurance. This was done also but she is also insisting that her charges which were determined by her insurance needed to be discounted and we went on and on about trying to explain to her due to the law, we can't double discount her once the insurance adducted the cost per Stark Law and Antikickback law. In short, this Ms Lyndsay is disgruntled, dishonest and wants freebie.

I really like the therapy because they have a very thorough evaluation compared to the therapy group I used before. After having a poor experience with other therapy, now I feel like I have a chance to move forward in my recovery. Excellent facilities and very friendly atmosphere.
