I spent 6 months out of last year there with 2 total knee replacements. Matt was my therapist. I would highly recommend him and everyone else who helped me with my recovery. They became like family to me and both knees are doing great!

Very friendly,professional and is willing to work with your schedule they are always asking my son if he is comfortable doing something instead of just throw. Him in and saying do this like we have got in other places. They always want to make sure you are not having any pain before , during , or after the exercise or at least not more than normal because some soreness is to be expected with some of the exercises .... Always a great experience for my little man he has come a long way in just a couple of months i am so pleased

The billing department is unethical and does not tell the truth about charges per session, i was told that my insurance approved for 30 visits and that my out of pocket fees would be 20%, just to end up getting a bill for over 1,000.00 dollars, and then was told by the billing department “our bad” that they told you wrong, The Therapist are great though...

First of all I wish there was an option to give a "no star review". My experience here in the beginning was some what satisfactory, I had a conversation to the receptionist women up front about my insurance coverage. I quote now what they told me " your insurance went threw and will cover the bill besides 25$ that you will have to pay for every visit" I agreed, next time i went in i paid up my balance and so on so forth. I had about 7 visits 25$ for each visit as they told me. Some unforeseen circumstances came up in my life and I was not able to attend -Advanced Physical therapy of little rock- anymore. OK weeks had passed I get a bill in the mail today for 145$. I call the billing company and tell them I already paid up why am I getting a bill? The lady tells me it's what my insurance didn't cover so I have to pay it now. OK well I was told by the receptionist at -Advanced physical therapy- that my insurance covered everything but 25$ every visit. Was that a lie I asked. she began to explain to me like I was an unintelligent fool, she said "That they could have never told me that price, that is not how it works an they will never give me a price upfront as a set payment." But see they already did is what I replied. All in all I would not recommend this place unless you want a surprise bill weeks later with ridiculous excuses by the billing department as to why you are getting these bills. Be WEARY of this place!! They Don't tell you the full truth on the billing!! ALSO I GOT CHARGED 10$ FOR A HEAT PAD, MIND I SAY IT WAS ALREADY SET UP AND LAYING ON THE BED IN THE ROOM. I NEVER ASKED FOR A HEAT PAD IT WAS OFFERED AS I THOUGHT WAS A FREE LUXURY AS THEY SO CARE FREELY ASKED IF I WANTED IT ON OR NOT TO BE COMFORTABLE. I THOUGHT THIS WAS PREPOSTEROUS WHEN I SAW THIS 10$ CHARGE.

I absolutely LOVE this place! My therapist is Beth Ann and she's great! She's got the best bed side manner! The girls up front Tory and Katie are so sweet and helpful. Everyone there is very friendly! I wouldn't go anywhere else for my therapy!
