I was in area on vacation from Indiana and had a BPPV event. Ray saw me immediately, designed a personalized treatment plan of care and then saw me daily until I left. I was much improved. He sent me home with a next visit plan of care to Indiana. If in the Springdale/Fayetteville area, go see Ray!

Be aware that this company will cheat you. My lawyer settle with them in August 2018 and I haven't been to them since November 2017. They never claimed any of my deductible to my insurance company and my insurance charged me full price for a procedure after I had already met my deductible with yumanh. People need to watch their statements between this company and a ambetter of arkansas. They also charged me more than what was agreed upon and tried to charge my insurance twice for the same visit. Now they are sending me a bills again.
