Recovery is a long road. There is no way to sugar coat it. It's a lot of work and slow progress. It's wanting to quit because you are mentally and physically spent. Hurt my knee, but wasn't sure how bad it was. I called Spooner and they invited me for a free consultation. Turned out wasn't a big deal, but they sent me home with some cool tape on my knee, printed instructions for exercises and stretches I should do. No attempt to upsell me or pretend I needed anything else. I know where I'm going next time I have something to get checked out. Catherine O'Neill helped me and did a great job. Thanks!

When I first went to Spooner Physical Therapy I didn't know what to expect after all I broke my ankle and didn't want to be manhandled by anyone. At Spooner the staff were friendly and my Therapist was awesome. They worked with me and made me feel comfortable. I would recommend Spooner anyone who wants to be comfortable with an amazing group of people.

I fell 30 feet at work and broke my leg. This is the first time ive ever broken anything. I have to admit i didnt know what to think and was extremely nervous at first. The pts at spooner instantly put my mind at ease. Yes they push me to my limits at times but they explain everything while doing it. Really friendly atmosphere. If you ever need physical therapy id def recommend this place.

I came to Spooner Therapy about 3 weeks ago with a spinal compression fracture. The pain in my back was very bad. My back has steadily improved with the help of my therapist Ann. She is very compassionate and very professional. She had me work out at the clinic and then gave me exercises to also do at home. At every session, she would add more exercises, but only what I was able to do comfortably. The whole staff there is very professional and nice and caring. I would definitely recommend Spooner Therapy to anyone needing physical therapy. K.Trudell

I needed PT to avoid interruptions in my regular treatment while on a business trip in Phoenix. I am very glad I found Spooner PT and can highly recommend the place. Everything was smooth -- from scheduling appointments to coming up with a therapy plan. The facility is well-equipped, the staff is very nice and the location is easy to access. Overall, I am very pleased.

Spooner Therapy has an appetite for excessive fees. Since my conclusion with the Phoenix location I have been repeatedly dunned for numerous amounts, not agreed to by me in the beginning. Fernie at the front desk told me in the beginning that my insurance plans would cover everything 100%. Then, during the course of therapy I was asked for additional small amounts of twenty plus bucks--not enough to argue about but still disconcerting. Then, at the conclusion of the sessions, Fernie approached me again for more money. He said, in effect, let's finish this with a final payment of $80.00 and we won't bill you again. I grudgingly agreed. We were done, right? Then, the Spooner bills started coming in my mail. I ignored them. While I write this, I am looking at another Spooner bill, and the therapy concluded a long time ago! I am now in therapy for knee surgery, and I was careful to let the surgical staff know I would not be working with Spooner this time.

I actually look forward to going to PT because the staff there is very welcoming and it's a great environment!
