Hello, I have made 19 visits to this facility and have nothing but positive recommendations for everyone. At the front desk, Michele and Megan do an awesome job! They always welcome me with a smile and a positive attitude, even when I don't feel like going to therapy. Both of my Therapists, Paul and Mat are excellent! They are very smart and technical. They both are very clear in their explanations and are also good listeners, which is very important! Lastly, the Tech's also do a great job. Lisa, Nelly, Collin, Uti, and Sam are very patient and knowledgeable during the therapy session. They are extremely helpful and supportive! Two thumbs up for the Team!

I cannot say enough about the positive aspects of physical therapy at Athlon. I have worked with Mandy, who has her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. I started at Athlon before my first knee surgery in 2010. Mandy has taken me from my first surgery through my second. My goal has always been to return to life as a "normal" person. Because I waited much too long to have the knee surgeries, my recovery has been a continual process over time. I am doing very well walking two miles a day, climbing steps, volunteering, and substitute teaching. I have become very active again. I thank Mandy for getting me to this point.

Our daughter was having serious knee pain and even bruising would appear after doing all her sport drills. Very quickly her condition worsened. Dr. Tait referred us to Lukas Tvedt. He was able to identify the problem, and I am glad to say after three months of physical therapy and education she is back to sports. She no longer sufferers from pain. Your the best... thank you so much for taking care of our baby girl.

My physical therapist Abbie was good which is why they got 2 stars. The front desk and corporate billing client services are poor. After insurance coverage verification, I was quoted prices for what my visits would be by the front desk and made appropriate payments at each visit. When nearing the end of therapy I received a bill from corporate stating I owed more. I contacted the front desk and asked why and was told my insurance did not pay as much as they said they would. I explained that my insurance staement showed they paid the same amount each month it appears the office charged more than I was quoted causing the difference. She said I would have to address the issue with corporate billing, so I called them. After explaining things, they said they could not help and to address it again with the office since they billed different than quoted. I called the office again and got the same run around that they could not change anything and only corpoate billing could plus making the comment again that it was my insurane company's fault. Be careful of what you agree to pay and what you get charged here.

I've been going to the Tanque Verde office for the past month for some neck and back pain. They are helping me to strengthen and stretch the area. I wasn't expecting anything special from physical therapy, but this is some of the best health care I've ever had! Every single person in this office is caring and fun to be around. Almost all of the therapists and technicians work with me on every visit. They each bring their expertise to create a full regimen for me. They make the healing process fun and something to look forward to. I almost don't want to get better so I can keep visiting my new friends!!
