I was referred to Dennis by my husband whom had therapy with him previously. Dennis helped Geoff find ways to self treat with specific manuevers/exercises that relieved his pain, and shortened the timeline of the chronic flareups. I've had a 3 level cervical fusion a year ago. Dennis had helped pinpoint the triggers of pain and identify ways to stretch on the foam roller, and use techniques I can do on myself that have helped relieve the dreadful referred pain in my shoulder that I continue to have. Dennis is excellent/diligent at finding the source of the problem, working on it, and providing instruction to help me resolve it independently. This is especially helpful for me because chronic pain flareups have been pretty rough and I had not yet found a way for consistent relief. We are early in tx, 4 sessions, and I look forward to what else I can learn to help myself. Thank you Dennis!

He goes through my exercises with me before I leave to make sure I have them down and am doing them right, and is very helpful in relieving muscle knots. Scheduling is quick and easy, and they have never been running behind on my visits.

The PT provided and trained me about various stretches and exercises for me to do at home in order to facilitate recovery. After five sessions, I am back on the mend and following the recommended program on my own. I wanted to be ready for ski and snow shoe season, and for these reasons, I am most grateful to be without pain and limitations.

While I was happy with the physical therapist I saw (Lori), I've been continually frustrated with the billing department. I paid in full for my services after each appointment. A few weeks later, I received my EOB from my insurance. It showed I had overpaid due to the negotiated rate between my insurance and UPT. I called UPT and was told, oh yeah, no problem, we see we owe you a refund. It will go out at the end of the month (at this time, that was only 5 days away). A few weeks go by, no refund. I call again, and I'm told, oh I'm so sorry, a refund will definitely go out at the end of this month, we can't believe we missed you. A few more weeks go by and still no refund. Fast forward, I've called 6 or 7 times and continually been given the run around. It's been 4 months. Yesterday, I finally got a check but I'm sure if I was this late paying them, I'm sure there would be consequences. Needless to say I will not be going back.

I've gone to United Physical Therapy on several different occasions, for leg, shoulder and back therapy. The front desk staff is friendly and efficient, and the therapists I've had during treatment have been top notch! I highly recommend them.

United PT is a wonderful place. To begin with, they're on the first floor, with parking right outside the door. That makes it easy to get in, since you're probably experiencing movement difficulties if you're going there in the first place. The office is efficient, with front-desk people who are friendly but not too chatty and who get your info in a flash, and the appointments run on time. Best of all for me is Luci Bennet. She somehow hears what my body has to say, finds the spots that need work, and gets to them right away. She has a couple of apps on her device that make it easy to understand why she's doing what she's doing. And she metes out exercises gradually so that I am not overwhelmed. I always understand what to do and what the purpose is. Pure genius.
