I have known Nikki for many years- first as a physical therapist, later as friend and also Pilates Reformer teacher. Nikki is so passionate for her clients to get better. She has even texted me on the weekend to see how I'm doing after a treatment. I have experienced multiple Physical Therapists due to chronic back pain. Nikki is the BEST because she knows her science and because she truly cares. Better yet, she is fun, always upbeat and beautiful inside and out. You could never find a better PT. Her specialty is pelvic pain, but she and her ever-growing team treat all types of cases in a wholesome, positive environment. I consider them family after so many years.

Everyone here is extremely friendly and greets you with a smile. Therapists support and help each other. They explain what they are doing and how it will help. Whenever I've had a question about what's going on in my body, they explain. Have used these therapists for knee replacement, rotator cuff repair, and now SI joint. Very helpful.

I have recommended this office to everyone I know and meet, who needs physical therapy or would benefit from it, since my very first visit. Every person I've worked with is not only kind and considerate but very educated. I've been to two other physical therapy offices since I was a teenager, and this is the one i chose to go back to when I needed therapy again. Each person is truly there for your benefit and health not a paycheck. The environment that they've created really stands out from other places. If your thinking about going here, just do it. You wont be disappointed!

Omg! Therapysouth Homewood has the most amazing staff! Every member of the staff from the front desk, to the Physical Therapists, to the PTAs, are warm, friendly, and skilled. I was initially evaluated by Rebecca. She was very attentive, and created a treatment plan that has integral in helping to relieve the pelvic pain I was experiencing. Rebecca recommended dry needling, a procedure I have had performed by Lisa and Ruth Ann. Let me tell you: it relieved Sooooo much of the discomfort I was experienced!!! The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and skilled when it comes to their specialties and regarding patient care in general. The PTAs I’ve seen the most during my appointments were Brooke and Laurie. They are always smiling and engaging. Meika and Summer at the Front Desk are always accommodating in scheduling my appointments and verifying my appointment times when I call. I love how everyone has their own effective approach to assisting patients. Nikki, the director, really has a great staff with an amazing clinical environment that promotes healing. I could brag about them all day but I will conclude this review by saying I recommend TherapySouth Homewood to anyone and everyone who may need Physical Therapy. If you’ve had a baby, go ahead and obtain a referral to one of the Pelvic Floor specialist at this clinic!! I promise it will change your life!! Thank you ladies for everything! ☺️☺️

After two appointments with Therapy South Homewood, I am already seeing improvement with my pain and range of motion. Nikki and her team are not only the best clinicians, they are friendly, caring and listen. I've worked with Nikki and Ruth- both outstanding.
