The staff are excellent, however I was discharged from their care on July 31 which was a Monday, 3 days later was billed for services not rendered on August 3. I called & spoke with management who said they had my printed signature along with check in time of 3:27 which is a complete falsehood as I vividly recall telling Hailey I would not be back Thursday as I was discharged from under their care. I have an excellent recall for certain details in my day to day life no memory problems here ! In my opinion just another case of greed. In the medical field. Shame on these type of swindlers .

Being retired military I’ve had an opportunity to experience many different physical therapy facilities. Throughout my time I have found that enterprise therapy Center is by far one of the best. This is a great family oriented facility. From the time you walk in you are greeted with a smile and treated as if you are part of the family. I requested the tri-care referred me to enterprise therapy Center after having surgery on my elbow/tricep tendon. I was not sure if I was going to gain full range of motion. My physical therapist assistant’s name was Sam. She was phenomenal at keeping me encouraged and pushing me to trust the therapy plan. Enterprise therapy center was such a phenomenal place to receive therapy that I called tri-care and told them to refer my son to this location for his ankle. So, I not only trust him with my personal therapy, but I also trust them with the therapy of my entire family if needed. Enterprise therapy center is the only therapy center for the Brown family. PS , thank you Enterprise Therapy Center for all that you did for my family and I. C.L.E.M.S.O.N GO TIGERS

BEST therapy in the area, by far! I saw Penny Turner, who is extremely knowledgeable, profession and helpful. I'm pregnant, and she helped me make a full recovery while being cautious of my limitations. I was impressed by her talent and the atmosphere in general at ETC. They are positive and collaborative. It's a great environment! If you want results from people who know their stuff, this is where you should go.

Enterprise Therapy Center is my favorite place to receive the best care. The employee are so caring and the management is excellent they really care about your well being Every appointment I looked forward to seeing everyone.Allen is one of the managers he did my assignment the little talks we would have were so spiritual, that's what I like to talk about the Lord as he is very knowledgeable on the subject. Just left... this was my 3rd time there, TOD (maybe 2 D’s).. was my therapist, asked my pain level and I told him 8, (been working all day), he set me up for an exercise and left, when I am done, I can see him at the computer in the office, so I sit down on a chair, he comes back out gives me an exercise and left, when I am done, he’s back in the office and on the computer... so I sit down in the chair again.... Waste of time and money !!!!!! I obviously was bothering him and what he had to do on the computer in his office was way more important. Didn’t even finish the rest of my appointment, just left after about 15 minutes of therapy. Could use a refresher class on his people skills. Didn’t make another appointment, I let the lady know at the front office that I was gonna try to go somewhere else. EVERYONE ELSE HAS BEEN GREAT AND PROFESSIONAL....

I rarely take the time to write reviews, but with how amazing this place is I just had to. Enterprise Therapy Center has helped not only me, but two of my closest friends for years on end. After they both suffered multiple ACL/MCL tears, lower back pain, and tight hamstrings, ETC helped them through it every single time. These are Division 1 athletes each weighing 250 lbs or more. Not only did they help them significantly more than their professional trainers did, they were back on the field in record time. If they can help these guys, they can help any person out there. Best in the business!

This is the very best place to be treated if you need to have any type of therapy. The entire staff is friendly, courteous and professional. They are totally awesome at what they do and how they treat each person who walks through their doors. If I ever need to have therapy again I will have it with ETC. They really do make sure you are at your best when you are treated by ETC.

The staff at this therapy center is nothing short of angelic. The instantaneous sense of care I felt during my visit left me pleasantly surprised.
