Customer service is UNPROFESSIONAL. Waited patiently for at least 20 minutes before an employee approach was "What's your question" in an aggroant tone. Professional approach is "How can I help you". The employee continued to argue with me when I questioned his tone. It's obvious that this company is doing great they don't need to train their employees on customer etiquette.

Went here to get a visa/passport photo today. I suggested that the photo was too dark to the shop employee, but was passive aggressively told 'no it isn't'. He reluctantly brightened it up a bit and it still didn't look bright enough. SURPRISE SURPRISE the photo wasn't accepted by the United States visa application website with reason: 'poor illumination'. I'd go elsewhere for visa photos. Looks like a nice shop otherwise.

Broadway between 93rd & 94th Street is the most delightful place to go to have your memories done: this terrific group of people (Kim, Breton come to mind, but also all the other people working there), are helpful above and beyond, they are incredibly professional and quick in delivery as well in the quality. I love them, love this store and everything pertaining to it. THANK YOU, GUYS!!! They also have terrific selection of frames.

Great customer service, you can transfer your pictures through WiFi to their kiosk and fix them yourself with several easy to use tools and if you don't know how to do it they help you. Excellent printing quality and good prices, printing 17 pics for $4.97 before tax. I definitely recommend this place.

Don't get non-US passport photos here. They said they knew what they were doing but Australian consulate rejected because of size, composition and quality - nothing was right! Also very expensive. Waste of time and money.

Extremely disappointed with both the quality and service. I had professional images of my son that I wanted printed on aluminum tiles. I went to the store to discuss how this works and they were completely unhelpful and rude. I wasn’t asking unreasonable questions — can I see a sample of the different sizes you offer, what’s the best way to display this type of photo etc. I tried to place my order in store and they told me to do it through the website. After I ordered they called to say the size I ordered wasn’t in stock but they had a smaller size so I said fine. Two days later they called again to say the smaller size was out of stock now too and it wouldn’t be ready for Fathers Day. Eventually received the print a week later and the colors were completely off. The point of printing on metal is that it makes the photos look vibrant and sharp. Yet it came out faded and yellowed. My son’s eyes which are a bright blue cane our grey. So I brought it back to the store to discuss with them. First the woman insisted that it looked that color in the photo I uploaded to them so I asked her to bring up the photo. Then it was clear that they weren’t the same at all so she changed it to “well that’s just what happens to the color in the process”. She was beyond rude and unprofessional. When I eventually just asked for a refund she literally ripped the pictures from my hand and threw it down with a very rude “fine.” I will not go back to this place and strongly recommend you stay away.

Prints are quite good quality. But the guys (yes, it's the guys) behind the counter are surly. Clearly, they rather be somewhere else, doing anything but have that job. hey - if you don't have the skill set required to be in customer service, then find another way to earn a buck

This is hands down the worst photographer I have ever met. 1- Employees are incompetent. I brought them a picture from an iphone to print (which they previously said they could print), and none of their machines seemed to be working and they couldn't (and didn't want to) figure out the problem. Their solution was "you can email it to us and we can print it, but it will cost you an extra $5" and "we're out of options" 2- Employees are rude: They weren't even apologetic or trying to be helpful. One employee, who was the least competent, kept interjecting with non-value add remarks 3- The prices are exorbitant. $27 for 2 passport photos. Even FedEx is $10 cheaper! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else for your pictures (passport or otherwise). I would have given it 0 stars if I could.

Good place. Ignore the bad reviews, the people who wrote the 1-2 star reviews were probably having a bad day. Color film you can have within a day and b&w film takes about a week. Support, Support, SUPPORT!!

I've been going to Pro Image for years and they do a great job. They're also extremely helpful and vested in you getting the images you need and want and make recommendations to make that happen. If there is a problem, they will always offer to correct or an alternate direction - though mistakes are rare. I definitely recommend them.

We had an exceptionally positive experience with Pro Image. We ordered prints of digital SLR photos on a weekend, and they were ready for pick up in less than 45 minutes - even earlier than the 2 hours advertised! We were very pleased with the high quality of the color prints - much better than online services we had tried. Prices are a bit on the higher end, but worth it for the quality. The staff (David) was warm and friendly, and went out of his way to be helpful. He walked us through some of the alternative options for ordering black and white prints, since some of those didn't turn out as well, and showed us how to order them online. We had been nervous to try Pro Image because of the mixed reviews, but I am so glad we did...I rarely write online reviews, but I wanted to share our experience in case anyone else is on the fence about giving them a try.

This establishment was hired to do 2 simple tasks: Print 6 pictures 6x8 and cut in an oval shape (frame and template provided) 5 of them. Completion time: Failed. Was promised for next day by 5:00pm, the pictures had not been touched. Quality of the job: Awful. Some pictures were cut without using the template and could not fill the oval frame properly Customer service: The worst. When confronted with the issues, they basically wanted to wing it, brought money in the mix, insinuated they did us a favor.... in short, we should have apologized for calling back about the issues. Don’t recommend. At all!
