I decided not to purchase anything from this business. Not because of the high prices, but because of the behavior of the salesperson. We were told at our rafting place that if we went here in person, we’d get a discount. The website also implied we we’d get better prices if we came in. So we did. We walked in and were immediately led to a computer monitor where the salesperson looked up our info from the card our river trip company gave us. No mention of the discount for coming in, but so far so good. He mispronounced our river guide’s name, then acted like he knew the guide personally, telling us what a great guy he is. No big deal, but fishy. We were rapidly told to mark the photos we like with no mention of pricing options. But again, fine. We were also told, oddly, not to look for photos where we can see our faces because “that’s why you went whitewater rafting.” I was starting to feel like this speech gets given a million times a day and not to expect to see pictures I’d like. I personally would like to see my family’s faces in a photo we pay a lot of money for, but that’s me. I was still willing to buy something if we found something worth buying. We only found one photo we liked. I told the salesperson which photo it was and asked if I could just buy a digital download. He dismissed this immediately, redirecting me to printed frames he strongly recommended instead, that start at $60, and the “download is free”. No mention of the option to just buy the digital download online. He wasn’t talking to me as much as he was talking at me. Hard-selling at a fast clip. I was done. I told the salesperson we were going to pass, and when I turned my back my wife watched him give me a sarcastic, rude, two finger salute like I had wasted his time. The feeling is mutual. So now this business will get none of our money instead of some of our money. A bit of kindness, straightforwardness and honest discussion of our options would have likely gotten a purchase from me. I came in the door planning to make a purchase. But I don’t believe in rewarding poor customer service with my hard earned money. We’ll buy our photos from the other photographer.

They lost two stars because they charged us $2.10 for shipping even though we were picking the photos in the studio. They charge $35 for 5 printed photos, or $90 for a digital one.

Highway robbery. Photos are way overpriced, they charge $25 to ship photos via us mail and the user interface on the website is terrible. The photos are more than the actual river rafting experience and over double what the other place in town charges.

As soon as we walked in the people were friendly and the images were awesome being able to see other people’s rafting photos. Right away we had someone come and assist us to show our photos. Once we decided on the images we were shown the framing types and we fell in love with one and we were also helped with how to tell a story through the images something we didn’t to do. So all in all the service was great as well as the people. It was an easy process. And I can’t wait to see my final product that will show a lasting memory.

Way too expensive! They wanted 90.00 for 5 digital photos and 200.00 for all 20 they took. All the photos fit on one disc, so it is ridiculous they charge this much. None of the pictures were very good. Next time, we will rent a go pro helmet at the river rafting place for 45.00.

Float-O-Graphs has an energetic, modern feel with quality, if not comical pictures covering the walls. They have several flexible purchasing options and do a wide array of frames. Josh (Bones) was kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and kept us laughing! He was happy to answer any questions and explained how they adapted to beat the competition's prices. Special note: The guy who took our payment has a beautiful Ukrainian accent!

Wow, incredibly bad pricing model. $35 for 5 images that they mail to you, or $90 to email the digital versions. And only a relative handful of images overall; photographed at one location on the river only. Easy decision, bought nothing.

Fantastic pictures and they're easy to work with. We went into the store and they're work is amazing. Friendly customer service too. We ordered our stuff yesterday so hopefully the final product we get in a month or so is equally as impressive as the work in their store is.

Too expensive! I understand that there are costs involved in permits and copyrights, but $60 for two pictures is a bit steep.

My worst experience in an otherwise spectacular visit to a wonderful town. Horrible, rude attitude. Not the way to treat paying customers. Not the way to treat people. Extremely disappointed.
