We had an outdoor family session with Cortney. Everythng seemed to go well, and it was a beautiful sunny day. After 3 weeks I tried to contact her. I waited another week and again, no response. After countless messages to her personal cell and business phone,, and after almost two months, I finally received my pictures. I then could see why she was hesitant in getting back to me. All of the pictures were overexposed - the backround was completely washed out and white. The people were washed out. I was very disappointed, and when I tried to call her to tell her so, I of course could not reach her. I never heard back from her, which for a "professional", is highly unprofessional. She should have used some of the renovation money for her studio on additional photography classes, maybe a lesson on exposure compensation.
