BIG UPDATE: still never purchase tires from this Costco, came in for my rotate to keep my warranty active and it’s taken over an hour and a half with having an appointment scheduled. It’s so routine it should only be 20 minutes. Love the costco store, always find what i need. Checkout lines can be a bit long at times and ive never seen them all open at once. But, i can say for sure stay away from the tire center, takes forever and be prepared to wait 10 minutes at the booth for anyone to come help you. They also broke one of my hubcaps, not a big deal to me but i filed a claim and NEVER heard anything back from them about it.

If you bought tires from Costco tire center. Good luck getting your tires rotated. You have to schedule an appointment. Then wait 45 minutes for them to do the job. You can't even show up within 5 minutes of opening in the morning to get this done because there are 5 cars ahead of you. And then its a two hour wait for a 10 job. At a center with three car bays. So either do it yourself or pay some place to do it for $20. That's the Costco savings working for you.

I am not impressed with caso which is why I stopped my membership with them to begin with. Well my brother has a member ship and needed some stuff for his house and I was buying it for him to help him out. Once we got to the register the lady that was there was on a power trip and made a big deal about my card not matching his member ship. Thanks for not taking the business cause Sam's club loved the business. And there they will take anyone's business that comes with you.

Extraordinarily Disappointed in the service my company received today. Costco does not operate honestly as a "wholesaler" to businesses. Their requirement to make everyone who works at a business have their own membership card to make business purchases is unfair, wrong, and deceptive. A business purchase is for the business not an individual. No other actual "wholesale" supplier that supplies to businesses functions like this. I was once a proud member of Costco and have spent thousands of dollars with this company. I never thought that I would have received the level of substandard service we did today. Think twice before relying on them for your business needs. They also rang up our purchases wrong on this transaction, they were supposed to have been tax exempt because they were for resale and we were taxed.

This is a terrific and spotless store. We have been members since they opened here and have only positive experiences. First- the food and merchandise is excellent. Kirkland brands never disappoint. The fresh produce is top notch just be prepared to eat a lot or share! Secondly- because they treat their employees well the service is outstanding! Smiling helpful people are always a plus. The website even has a bar graph showing busy hours! Plenty of convenient parking in a clean and well planned lot... I actually look forward to shopping there!

The store and products are good, however we really had a very bad experience there: One year ago, after we finished shopping and walked to the parking area, we found our new car was hit and scraped on the left front side! And the car who parked on our left was already gone. We called Costco customer service and they said there's no camera on the parking area, and they could not help at all. So we had no way to find out who did it! It cost us more than $500 to fix it, and till then we just had the car for 3 months! Now each time we park the car there, we feel a bit worried...

The price of a kitchen scale was missing marked so we went to the service desk and it really took them 40 minutes to look for it and they couldn't find it. Then went to go take a picture and still nothing. The worst customer service. Ridiculous. Then we had to go to a register by the food court and they asked us if it was 11. They couldn't even do the math correct because in the end they still charged us 11.99. Incompetent and it took over an hour in the end. Have fun returning items or having a price change .

I switched from Sams to COSTO in Green Bay, WI last year and had my new tires purchased from COSTCO. When I got home one of the tires was leaking air. I had to rush it back to COSTCO before air ran out. After spending two more hours tech came back and said the sensor is damaged. So how the heck you damaged my tire sensor? After I got home next day I saw oil under the front tire. Called them back asked them what happened. They denied that they did anything. After a week or so after this incident I went under the Truck and found the oil leaking from strut. filled in incident report and someone called me back from IL. He denied any damage was done in the shop. Took to the Honda Dealer and found out front Strut is Blown. What the heck COSTCO incompetent workers did in the shop is beyond me. It cost me 800 eight hundred dollars for this fix. What a nightmare. I will never buy Tires from COSTCO and thinking seriously going back to Sams

Spent the past hour going through the store with the Walmart app on my phone. Almost every single item was either the same price or cheaper at Walmart. Not worth the membership. I noticed that a lot of items were smaller quantities but more units to make it look cheaper. Instead of 20oz Gatorade, they had them in 16oz bottles so they could say it was more bottles. Really overpriced considering they brand themselves on wholesale and charge $55-110 per year for a "membership".

We shop here weekly. Executive membership worth the $114 per yr. Gas 10 cents pg cheaper than town every day. Deals galore. I get anywhere from $500-$700 cash back every feb just from using the visa card all year. Warranty's excellent. Employees courteous. You won't go wrong here even with the regular membership card.

Terrible customer service! I've had a membership since they opened, January was supposed to be my renew month, but wasn't able to renew till this past March and was told it would run through March of next year, WRONG! You have to wait 3+ months to get the full year after membership has expired. Didn't see this "clause" posted anywhere! Won't be renewing and would not recommend!

*****THIS STORE REVIEW IS A 5 STAR-no doubt!!!! This is for the vision Department review only!!!**** The Optometrist (Dr.Langen)-AWESOME!!! She was VERY attentive and cared about my child. Then we turn to the glasses area, and thats when we met super smartie pants 18-22 yr old girls that needed to go home, lose the attitude, quit, something other than working with the public. They constantly “yup’d” me....it was yup, yup, yup, and yup.....OMG! I know WI people yup everything, but I can promise you, someone knows when the ‘yup’ is being antagonistic. Also, when we first approached her, she said, ‘hi’. We had to ask if she were busy, she said nope......ok.....so as we looked (my child is 8), she showed us adult small glasses. I told her we are only interested in glasses for children so they can be bent, dropped, etc with no problems. Her comment was, “oh, it’s just for reading, right?” Um, thats correct I answered, but this is a child.......anyway, she showed us 4 pair, and I asked if we can just go look at all the glasses for children instead of her bringing us 4 pair, because they all looked alike, she said oh, my bad. And stood there......SO, I will go elsewhere for my son’s glasses.....nice way to shop for our family’s first pair of glasses, it’s really sad actually. Yes, we just smiled and said, ‘yup, we are done here’, yup!

Things are nice in there but I feel like they have poor customer service. Every time we try to use our ebt card, there's always something wrong. 5 times in a row were we used it and the cashier told us we need to contact our bank. The last time we ended up waiting in line for a period of time and where told to call the bank again. I told the cashier that he need to enter in the amount so that the ebt can go through the but the cashier kept on telling be there is a zero balance that I will have to call and they never enter in the balance like I told them to do. Well when I did call, it did have a balance. I told the cashier but supposedly they already close the draw and I will have to wait in the other long lines to redo my purchase. I was standing next to the cashier the whole time and watch them. They quickly checked the last person behind and close the draw right away when they knew I was going to talk to them about it. It is honestly poor service and I will not ever go back to shop or renew my membership with Costco. The supervised was standing there the whole time and didn't say a word. This is poor customer service and management. It is a very disappointing whole sale to shop at. If I do have to get things at Costco, I will not shop at the one in Bellevue , WI. I'd rather drive down to Milwaukee to shop.

They have what I need at Fair prices. My biggest pet peeve is the ridiculous amount of time you have to wait to pay. It's crowded and not organized very well by where the checkout is. Also, I usually have to wait longer than I should just to leave the place so someone can check my receipt. Weekends needs two people checking receipts and more cashiers.

Time to make the switch to Sams Club. Recently I purchased a Maytag wash and dryer set from Costco. Upon ordering we were to told it would be delivered in 1-2 weeks. After waiting three weeks we contacted customer service and were told it would be arriving at the delivery company on 10-16-18. Today we were notified the items were backordered and would not be available until November. Upon calling customer service they were less then accommodating and didnt seem to care one bit. We've been without a washer and dryer for two weeks waiting on our Costco delivery. If these items were unavailable why were we given a delivery date or even given the opportunity to purchase them without being informed they were backordered? For a place that prides itself on customer service and satisfaction I am truly disappointed. I took my business elsewhere and purchased from a local business. I will be canceling my membership and switching to Sam's Club.

The Tire Center here has no one to attend the customer. Three times in a row I kept waiting only to waste my time. I have read further reviews about the tire center here and looks like inefficient place for Tires. Thankfully Sam's and Walmart has someone to attend customers. If you are looking for Tires - my suggestion - Stay Away from this place.

We are frequent shoppers and like the store. One of the items we buy all the time is fruit. We carefully pick out what looks like the best in terms of ripeness and condition. About every third visit, as we are checking out, we get a cashier that slams one package of fruit into another smashing the raspberries, strawberries, blueberries or blackberries against each other. While I appreciate that they want to be expeditious, it’s infuriating that they are so careless and rough with these packages. Perhaps a little training or at least consideration for the members more fragile items would be appreciated.

If youre a minor and try to use your parents card they won't let you. Even though minors cant get cards. So basically you have to go with a parent to go shopping there. Tried to buy a bag a lemons but the man said he couldn't sell to me due to this. STUPIDEST POLICY KNOWN TO MAN

I have shopped at Costco's for quite a number of years here and, in a few other States. First let me say the folks who work in the Store couldn't be more helpful and pleasant. My only problem is that there are not enough Scooter chairs. I am handi-capped, I've been to the Bellevue store 3 times since you opened, the first time I made do using a wheelchair of course I did not purchase much. The second time I just left, yesterday I followed someone until they were done and got a Scooter. Please have a few more in the store I'm sure all of us who need them would appreciate the consideration. Thanks

The Kirkland brand is a staple in my home, and their products have always met or exceeded name brands of the same. I am over the moon that a new COSTCO is opening in Appleton, WI just 1 1/2 miles from my home. I will be their best customer! LOVE COSTCO!!

The best selection of food in this part of the state. The only problem I have is sometime the quantities are more than my wife and I can handle. I love their salmon. We put it in the microwave with a little butter and it is as good as salmon I've had is fine restaurants. They also have hard to find items. I use their electric carts since I have a waking disability. It also helps me get to all the free samples. We often shop around lunch time to cash in on the $1.50 foot long hot dogs with a coke. We recapture the membership fee in less than 6 months.

I was alittle disappointed, there was no direction. I thought perhaps they would have at least had some signs directing you to say "clothing, bakery. You had to walk the entire place to find anything you may have been interested in. Will there be more product going forward? This was by far, the worst Costco I have ever been to. I am a reasonable, rational person, however, this experience has left me with a bad taste in my mouth. I have been to numerous Costco's in many states. My wife is a member on her mothers plan, and I typically don't shop at Costco but she loves it. Sometimes, I will make a run to the store for her and she is busy, and pick up things that she wants your needs. I bring her card to the checkout and tell the associate that I am here shopping for my wife, and it has never been a problem. However, this Costco, had an associate and what looks like an assistant manager on a power trip, trying to make things difficult. After telling them that I was picking up some Edamame for my wife, which I was, they immediately started giving me pushback and telling me that I couldn't shop here and that it was against their policy to let anybody but the cardholder pay for merchandise. After debating with them and asking them if they would like the business and the money, the assistant manager asked me for my wife's card, and then wrote down the number, stating "I'll let it slide this time, but we will put a block on her card until she comes in and verifies things". This out a bad taste in my mouth, so out of spite, and confusion, I went to the member services counter and purchased a separate executive membership for my wife and I, just so she wouldn't have a hold on the account. It seems ridiculous that I had to do this, all because of a lack of understanding on the assistant managers part, and lack of compassion for a man shipping for his wife, who is a member. I will always recommend Costco as a store, and for the most part the attentiveness of their employees, but some of their employees need some improvement on their people skills.
