Tasha was an outstanding photographer, she made the photoshoot seamless and enjoyable. We finally had a successful family photo session. Due to its success, I bought future photo sessions. I also had an enjoyable experience with the agent selling the shots. She was understanding of my financial constraints and flexible with what i could afford. I highly recommend LIfe 365.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER ! Do not use this company!!! You could definitely get better pictures with a better price somewhere else ! They promise i will get 60 digital pictures for $270 the price is ridiculous way too high for digital pictures you still have to print them. I still decided to get them bc it was done and i wanted a memory of my little one. When they send me the link to the digital pictures i only received 52 pictures i called and spoked to gael wich promise i will get a new link with the 60 pictures, i received a new link but with the same 52 pictures. They are no help and are very rude.

Called and said photographer was going to be over 20 to 25 minutes late so we had to reschedule even though I had told them we needed to start on time due to a doctor appointment right after. Never showed up on the reschedule, Life 365 blamed it on never being on their schedule but I have the text and email confirmation. So disappointing. What a waste of my time prepping two weeks in a row.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Pictures taken in all the same pose, the “package” they give you is very misleading. I could’ve paid a photographer the same amount and they would’ve been more professional. Customer service is SO rude and basically laughed at me for asking for a refund for a future session I purchased. They make it a great deal for future sessions and you can only get it at that rate if you buy RIGHT NOW. Told me there is only a 3 day refund. Since my pictures were not edited and shown to me within 3 days I didn’t ask for the refund. Customer service rep wasn’t helpful. I had to hang up on her because I was so frustrated. DONT NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

From our 1st photoshoot in the hospital to her latest shoot for her 1st birthday...We absolutely love our photographers! Robert in (central/south) New Jersey has been our photographer for her 1 month, 3 month, 6 month & 1 year shoots and there was a woman photographer at hospital in Long Branch. The prices are reasonable and we love the shots every time. Even as a tired new mom when I thought I didn't prepare well...it turned out perfect!!! I'm hoping this positive experience continues because its very convenient having them shoot in our home.

It’s the worse company you will ever deal with starting with service they provide going to the price and then the customer service they r very bad and rude, they called and offered me that they will come and take photos of my little one and said no purchase necessary and I will got a picture for free if I did purchase something or no , the photographer who came and took the pictures was ok he did wonderful job with pictures but he put a lot of pressure to purchase a membership and they call me to show the pictures they were good pictures but not that special but very expensive so decided not to purchase it’s was way too much but I choose the free pic that I liked , it’s been over 5 months and I haven’t got it

Loved having Life365 come out to the house to do photos for my girls. They are much more comfortable in their home environment and it showed in the pictures. Photographer was very professional and great with my kids. Photos turn out amazing every time!

I can't Get in contact with them. I wanted my pictures back to hand out as Christmas gifts for the family I still don't have my pictures. Customer service is never available. I'm always on hold for 30mins or more.

Fired without notice or reason. This came after personally expressing concern on taught Customer Service responses as to whether they actually helped potential/current clients. Unsafe office atmosphere due to clutter/disorganization.

Since my son has been born I have been taking him for professional pictures for every holdiay, season, occasion, etc. So with that I am pretty familar with pricing since I dealt with studios & personal photographers coming to my home. I received an email from OUR 365 offering a free in home photoshoot. I couldn't resist a FREE home photoshoot. So i called the company set up an appointment and the day came..when the photographer got to my home i thought it was a scam. He was so unprofessional looking and not photographer standards. Dressed like he just came from doing yard work. He was an overrall nice guy but not someone who should be representating a company. Everytime i made a suggestion about MY PROPS he didn't do what I wanted, I bought my son an outfit and the point of the outfit was to see the diaper cover and he wouldn't put my son on his belly to see the diaper cover, in some of the pictures you see my arm from holding my son up, the baby wasnt aligned with the background we used, etc! So, when i got to view my photos 2 days later i was so excited until i seen the PRICES!!!!! i thought it was a joke! Professional photographers don't charge that much! You can not buy single sheets! I never heard of any of this. Like i said i been dealing with photographers and studios and not once did I see prices like i seen with this company! I am still in shock. Its sad because I bought all props and tried to make the pictures perfect and after all that to find out the prices and i couldnt afford to buy a package it made me sick to my stomach! If it wasnt for the FREE 8x10 they offered in the email with the free photoshoot, i wouldn't of gotten any of my photos that I worked so hard to make perfect. All the photographer did was bring the camera and backdrops.. i did all the work!!!!!!!! Also, why did i have to make a decision today on my appointment?!? As a customer i should of been able to look at my photos on MY TIME and when i was ready place my order when I WAS READY to place the order. This company makes you stay on the phone with a representative while they open and close each picture and you have to decide right then and there what photos you want. You should be able to do it on YOUR OWN TIME! NEVER AGAIN will i use this company! When i have my next kid, i will bring my own photographer in so i get the pictures i want and the prices everyone should pay!

This is the worse service ever i tried, I really hated, they charged a lot for nothing, you should pay $ 400 dollars for cd with couple pictures, or $ 200 for two portraits. I have never recommended it , i think next time just go to photography studio and all picture i wish. Never even try this.

This is a worst company and worst service i have ever tried. Things which are wrong with this services. 1.Sky rocking prices for Pictures. One session pictures and CD can cost you $600 to &1000 2. If you buy there 3 session to come at your home and take pictures . Then you are after them to schedule appointment. 3. customer service is rude and no manners to talk to client. 4. Hospital sessions are most uncomfortable .

I had my daughter's hospital pictures done when she was born, this is the company employed by the hospital. They came out beautifully! Then... I was harassed by someone calling to set up an at home session for about 6 weeks. Finally I gave in and set up a session. The portraits were mediocre but the photographer was very friendly. They don't go over pricing then but, instead schedule a time in order to go on the computer to look at your pictures which I found to be a bit odd. Then when you are looking at these pictures, I told the lady that I wasn't interested and that I could take better pictures with my phone, she really made me feel bad about not buying the pictures so I decided to buy the cheapest package. The cheapest package is $300 and the pictures are unedited. She did throw in 3 free 8x10s but whatever, not worth $300! I was described that package was a "Disc, with all of the unedited pictures". What I was given was merely a LINK to the pictures online that expires a few months later. Nothing tangible. For $300!?!? Save your money and go to the mall, you are better off!

Please and please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Look elsewhere. I am not one to write reviews but I had to do this to help others. First, I had my baby at holy Redeemer Hospital in Meadowbrook, PA. These people came to my room for a photo shoot which I allowed. Their pictures were not great at all (very blurry). I decided to purchase the digital package which allows you to only download the pictures in your phone (cost $150). Though they pictures weren’t great, I decided to purchase since I was excited having my baby. After purchasing, I noticed you can only download to laptop or android. You can’t download to an iPhone. I was not told before purchase. Next, I received a call a day to my baby’s one month birthday. They told me that I will be getting a free Photoshoot with 8”10 images. The photographer came to my house the next day. He was so rude and unreasonable. He would not entertain your ideas. I swear, I almost kicked him out of my house but I decided to let him finish since I don’t have any other planned photo shoot. This was on Tuesday and I scheduled a viewing on Friday ( that was their earliest appt). This rude lady called me. She was very persuasive and so rude. I was forced into purchasing a package because they wouldn’t show the pics if you don’t purchase a package. I ended up paying $313.19 just for digital downloads (extremely pricey). I was told it was 52 images which was a big lie. They images were all duplicates of same pictures and was not even up to 52. The most ignoring; I was not able to download most of the pictures. When I tired, it came up as a link instead of a download. I will never use this Company again. They are horrible and I wish I never had the photo session. It was a big mess. Please look elsewhere, DO NOT USE THEM.

Wish I could give zero or negaitve stars. They are misleading with what you actually get in the packages and for 300 dollars I could have my own photographer do what they did x10 and give me hard copies! Customer service is rude and your sales rep never calls you back. I hate this company, they ovviously dont value their customers and wish they got reported to the better business bureau.

The photographer was great! She was really patient and did am awesome job. Also, the idea of having a photo shoot in the comfort of our home was awesome and it was definitely convenient. However, the representatives of the company are not people who I would recommend. The person who you consult with to purchase the pictures was very rude and puts a lot of pressure towards buying the pictures although the price is EXTREMELY expensive. For the price that they're charging for these pictures, the customer service should definitely be much better! We purchased a packet that allows us to do two more photo shoots and I am seriously not considering moving forward with them.

DO NOT!! Don’t even waste your time and money. Photographers are so rude. Never let you use your ideas. I had so many cute things planned for my sons first birthday and he said crops aren’t recommended but let me use two. VERY RUSHED. Prices are CRAZY! I could take better pictures with my iPhone camera. He said they have to get a certain amount of pictures in certain poses so they don’t get in trouble so he kept forcing my child to sit. WORST COMPANY EVER, I have no idea how they still have business.

The final product is Horrible! We received our nearly $500 canvas today and its blurry! The photographer is nice and the saleslady is nice. The end product is garbage. It would also be nice if the photographer had the right equipment. Since our hair is dark we need a light on top shining down to show our hair against a dark background. Now it just looks like we're bald. Of course there is no guarantee or refund. Must be part of their business plan - Take your money and run.

$307 all-in for an HD link to all of your pictures (CDs are $10 more). "Sessions" are free. Don't buy the collage package; Shutterfly is free. Photographers are young, freelance-esque bubbly individuals with, honestly, real talent and passion. I'm 5 packages deep and will keep them coming. Best part: split payment over 3 or 4 month no interest no questions = $100 a month.

I had them do a one month photo op at my home. Everything was perfectly fine, I loved the photographers, they were awesome, the pictures were awesome, the experience was awesome. They told me I can do payments on the photos to get canvases and because I had just given birth I decided why not saves me some money. I ordered 2 large canvases and was told it’ll take 2-3 weeks to get to my address. I was ok with that. A couple days later I got my digitals and I loved them! And then I made my first payment, no problem, second payment, still no canvases. I thought hey, maybe they said 2-3 week AFTER I pay off the photos, third payment and still NOTHING. I messaged life365 and asked them when I was supposed to be getting my canvases they said I should’ve gotten them before the first payment. I assured her that I never received them, she saw on her end that they were returned due to a “wrong address” I assured her it was the correct address and told her to resend it and please let me know when it’s sent so I can be on the lookout. A month later, nothing. So I message again, where are my canvases. I paid more than $500. They apologized once more and said they were going to see what is going on, 2 weeks later AND STILL NO MESSAGES. I am about fed up. I did not pay over $500 for digitals!!!!

I DO NOT RECCOMEND THEM!!! This is the third time they haven’t make it right and they are so rude. Not every person is capable of doing a great job and this time was the last time I have done my kids and family portraits with them. I won’t mention about what happened every time because I won’t end writing this review. Doesn’t matter the cost, they would make so many awful mistakes and when you contact them, they’ll be so rude. I wish to give begative five stars but I can’t. DO NOT go to them. Period!
