Worst experience, they are not professional at all! I purchased Groupon for outdoor photography. I made multiple calls to schedule but no one answer. So I have to call bank to dispute the charge. They finally answer the call and schedule a 1 hour session for me. Guess what? They cancelled my appointment on the appointment day not even a day in advance. It ruined my vacation!

Bought a Groupon for a one hour session. Had to call multiple times to get a response. Finally, Roy responded to my phone calls with a text. He never responded back to my text messages requesting an appointment. There was no fine print on the Groupon, but Roy told me there was only appointments for M-F 930 to 4. That is unreasonable, and I would not have purchased had I known. Further, dealing with Groupon customer service to receive a credit was frustrating. Do not purchase. You will be disappointed.
