I used Roosh back when I was a senior in high school for my senior portraits, and she did not disappoint. I've followed her through her journey as a photographer, and once she started doing Boudoir, I knew I would have to go to her for that too! I recently did a Boudoir session with Roosh, and holy moly, she is talented. She pampers you and makes you feel like such a princess through the whole experience. She is professional and knows how to coach you in front of the camera to get excellent images, even if you are not used to posing and being in front of the camera. Her private, in-home studio is decorated gorgeously. I was thrilled to get my pictures after the session, and once again, she did not disappoint. I would recommend Roosh to anyone and everyone!

Absolutely LOVED my session! Nirusha is very talented and gives the best advice throughout the whole photoshoot. She listens to her clients and strives to give the client exactly what they want. She will ask what your comfortable with as in positions, clothing, make up, touch ups ect. She does not hide anything all her prices and fees are up front she lets you know this prior to booking (which i was most satisfied with). I was mostly pleased with how calming Nirusha was. I was stepping outside of my comfort zone going into this photoshoot but she really helped me feel confident and happy! My overall experience was fantastic. Will be returning to do more!

I absolutely love Roosh! I was very nervous going in. I feel confident and beautiful but this is an entirely different animal and I didn't know what to expect. Honestly, once the make up and the outfit was on I felt ready to go and Roosh is so good with directing and posing and placing you that you really can just let go and not worry. I was amazed at how relax and natural I looked in the photos. I couldn't believe how easy it was. I had the BEST time! Definitely would do it again. I usually don't like taking pictures of myself, but Roosh made it so fun! She made me feel comfortable with silly moments, sweet moments, and serious moments in front of the camera. What a fun adventure with this awesome duo! Yisell, Roosh's hair and makeup artist, actually did my hair and makeup before for my wedding, and it was through her that I found Roosh. Roosh is outgoing, passionate about what she does, and she's a total pro! I asked for specific moods and styles of photos and she absolutely delivered! Yisell also did an amazing job for these photos! Here's my tip for your session if you decide to step a bit outside your comfort zone and spend your morning with these two awesome ladies: trust the poses Roosh recommends. I gifted my husband a book of my pictures for our wedding anniversary. He was super impressed, and told me I looked like a model! Which is especially nice since we're expecting and I'm not sure how I will look afterward ;)

I was so stressed out when I called Roosh, my photographer cancelled my session without notice on Monday and I called Roosh that Monday and she said she would be able to get me in the next following week but I told her I work 2 jobs (1 at a hospital and 1 in a medical facility) and would not be available any of the days she was. She asked me my schedule and manage to fit me in and the care, expertise and time she spent with us I could not tell she was fitting us into her schedule. She was so kind and my son is not a morning person and it was 8:15 in the morning (he was a bear) but she got him to loosen up and smile totally breaking the ice. She even took pictures of my defiant pooch with my son. She took several images for me to choose from. That was Saturday and by Sunday I was in her studio deciding which images I wanted as photos and which images I wanted to use to create his graduation invitation. She was so patient, I had a terrible headache and she was so concerned offering me something to drink and telling me to just take it slow and assuring me "it's okay". I enjoyed the review of the photos, the photos were so nice I cried. I enjoyed working with Roosh and I would recommend her to friends, coworkers and family. Roosh makes you feel comfortable like a friend was photographing your graduate and she considers your opinion, there were several poses and ideas that I had and she decided to use. I can't wait to see my images and graduation invitations. I'm glad the first photographer cancelled if she didn't I wouldn't have meet Roosh the best photographer in the Prince William County Area.

Through out the entire experience of the photoshoot I was so nervous, however Roosh made me feel more comfortable and confident with myself. Being infront of the camera was a different experience and roosh is so confident in you that it makes her super easy to work with. The entire experience was very new and exciting and I would do this again and most definitely recommend to friends and family. I love roosh and her team of stylists and they create such a wonderful environment for you to work in. I would highly recommend Roosh photography to any family, senior, or anyone looking to do portraits.

This was an absolutely amazing experience. I had a shoot for my husband’s birthday gift and let me tell you it was something I was very nervous about before I reached out to Roosh Photography. As soon as I talked to the owner, I knew I had found the right place. She fit me into her schedule to accommodate my procrastination, gave me tons of tips and walked me through what the process would be. Her studio and clothing are amazing and the hair and makeup was exactly what I wanted. I felt so comfortable in a situation where you would definitely think you wouldn’t. After three kids and weight gain and loss, I’m pretty insecure about my body but I absolutely loved the photos that she did. I look at them and feel beautiful and sexy. The only problem I had was picking which photos to get because there were so many amazing pics to choose from. I also like that while she does edit photos she won’t make changes to you that are unrealistic or that change who you are. She just knows how to draw out your beauty through the process. I am definitely going to do this again and get more photos of my recent shoot made. It’s worth the expense to have photos that I actually love of myself!!!!

I wasn't sure what to expect but she made my daughter and I feel at ease from the first text/meeting. I would also like to say the makeup artist/hairdresser was great, she showed up right on time on Saturday morning. Very nice and knowledgeable! My daughter's hair and make up looked beautiful! I purchased a package on Wednesday, it is now Friday afternoon and she e-mailed to let me know I can pick my pictures/products up tomorrow morning. Very quick service! The photographs are beautiful and I am very satisfied with the entire experience!

I had the most fabulous experience doing a boudoir shoot with Roosh! First of all - she has a selection of outfits for people to use if they want. I am plus size, so I emailed her photos of what I thought would work and she helped me choose what to bring. When I arrived at her (gorgeous) home studio, she helped me carry my clothes to the basement, which is her studio. The makeup application with Yisell was wonderful. She is a total sweetheart and she made me look gorgeous. Roosh was a makeup station set up in part of her studio with good light. We did multiple outfits in multiple sets that she has in her studio. My number one concern was posing and facial expressions and she talked me through EVERYTHING. "Chin to the right, down a bit, shoulder here, hand here." You do not have to know what you are doing, because she does! She is also just so warm and fun and makes you feel really comfortable, and more than that - really good about yourself. I felt like a super model, and I had SO MUCH FUN. One of the things that we wanted to show with the shoot is that there are so many different kinds of sexy. You can be sexy in lingerie and heels, and you can be sexy in a big sweater. It's all in the styling and attitude. So whatever kind of sexy you want to portray, you can do that. And it will look great <3

Regardless of what we threw at her, Roosh worked with us to make everything go smoothly. I would first like to thank Roosh for her willingness to accommodate me on such short notice. She was truly a blessing. I was looking for a photographer to handle my sons senior portraits and came across her website. I decided to give her a call based on her very positive Google reviews. I was not sorry i did. The session was great!. I thought because of the weather we would be doing a studio session, but actually had a break in the gloom and Roosh was able to do the shoot outdoors. This made for much better photos. She was extremely professional and was able to put my son at ease. Her personality made the whole experience fun for us both.
