We hired Gillian to take our business pictures for our new website and we were so impressed with her professionalism and how she can put you at ease. The quality of her pictures is outstanding so we decided to have her take our family photo as well. In addition to having 3 young children in the picture, we had the idea to put our new puppy in there too. Gillian did an amazing job getting everyone to be still and look attentively into the camera, all while keeping it fun. Gillian came to our shop to take photos that we could use on our website and in print. The process was so easy. The majority of my employees (mostly men) and my husband (also a guy) were less than thrilled to be photographed. Gillian made it as easy as possible. In less than half a day Gillian was able to get shots of our team, my husband and I and several of our Technicians working on cars and the front office. I am not a photography expert in any way, but I’ve had my picture taken by many professionals over the years due to my background as an actress, singer, and musician. Needless to say, I've had many frustrating experiences. I first hired Gillian in July 2016. I was introduced to Gillian through her membership in BNI Vermont. After learning about her background in photography and seeing many examples of her work, it was easy to contact her to have my own headshots updated. As an Executive, and a Performer, I usually have two sets of headshots: one set for professional and business endeavors, and one set for my opera singing performances. I’ve had ample professional headshots taken for my singing career, and due to the disappointment I’d experienced time and again, I had avoided having professional headshots taken for my executive career. But I had faith in Gillian based in what I saw through her professionalism and examples of her work. The day of the photo shoot was satisfying! Gillian was incredibly efficient, so much so that I found myself rather speechless throughout the process.
