We had our daughters senior pictures taken yesterday with Tara and she did an amazing job. She was very detailed oriented and made sure we liked a lot of the photos before moving on. Especially letting us look at her yearbook photo to decide if we wanted to to take a few more so her yearbook photo would be the one she loved.

The cost is HORRENDOUS. $149 for three pictures?!?! Then we paid $45 for 15 minutes of pictures that is NON-REFUNDABLE! They are just an assembly line photographer. I genuinely believe money was exchanged under the table between the school district and this studio. Since no one can choose any other studio, we simply elected not to buy any. We will choose a better studio for our own senior pictures. The sudio can try to justify the cost, but in reality they hold a monopoly on the school pictures and because of that they are giving it to you and breaking it off.

I would recommend getting the level 3 package so you can have 2 different outfits for senior pictures (not including formal). This way you have more variety because they have MANY scenes to choose from!

I ended up having to reschedule the first visit due to some complications with weather and Christi was the first person to actually make me feel comfortable during the shoot. I am so glad I got her because I feel like my senior pictures would not be the same if she has not been my photographer, she did my makeup, styled my hair, and made my pictures memorable.

We had a wonderful experience today at the studio! I have three Seniors and they all worked wonderfully to get us in and out of there in a very timely manner. Each of my children had their own photographers and they were Emily, Tara and Renee. They were really busy today so I didn’t even bother to ask them to do some casual shots of all three of my kids together but they suggested it and even worked together to see that it got done! My kids were very comfortable with all the staff and I can’t wait to see the results!!!

we have had three great experiences with Tumbleston Photographers and this new studio is off the hook. Huge (dressing rooms were allot smaller but it got us out quicker) Taylor was fun energetic and got more fierce as my girls got more comfortable. There was a lady kinda lurking around being stiff. that was uncomfortable, maybe we got too loud. :) i’m gonna drop another few hundred here. Certainly worth it.

I was super nervous and worried before taking my senior pics at Tumbleston, but once I was in there with Taylor K., the photographer, I felt so much more comfortable and confident that my pictures would turn out really well. She was super sweet and helpful in guiding me with the picture taking process, she helped me pose and smile so that the pictures would look nice and even fixed my hair when strands were in the way. I had a really fun time and so did my mom being able to help choose which background I should go to next. Taylor would also let me look through the photos and see if I wanted to take more or if I was satisfied with the selection. 12/10 would go again.

My experience at the Tumbleston Photography Studio in West Ashley is definitely worthy of a five star rating because of the receptionist Jadea who guided me through the payment process as well as the paperwork ( which isn't a lot ) and My photographer Julia who was so welcoming and friendly that it made me open up and led to me having a good time. And a few other good things about my experience were that the session was quick and didn't take long and that the environment was relaxed while still being able to maintain a certain level of professionalism.

Kelly you are amazing! Thank you for making the session lots of fun! I met my daughter at the new location in Sam Rittenberg Blvd. We were greeted promptly in the reception area, completed the information for the session and Kelly (our photographer) took us to the back. First, Kelly made sure to explain what was about to happen and set the expectations of the session. She helped my daughter with her look, hair and the different poses for the yearbook's Senior pictures. From my stand point, I thought the pictures would be ok, but once I saw the preview on Kelly's camera; I was blown away. They were actually phenomenal. After the glamorous senior shots were taken, we began changing sets and playing around to get the best shots possible. She even took some of Madi and I laughing and talking together. Kelly made my daughter feel super comfortable and made the session fun for all of us. All throughout, Kelly made sure that the session was a fun collaboration of ideas between us. You can very easily tell that Kelly loves what she does and enjoys making people smile. Next time I want family pictures, I will request Kelly to be our photographer. She has great ideas and an amazing eye for the perfect shot. Kelly, I cannot thank you enough for the wonderful job you did. Tumbleston is blessed to have you. I have to add that the new location is a big upgrade from the previous location. The place is pristine, tastefully decorated and the views are absolutely stunning.

Yesterday I took my daughter to Tumbleston for senior pictures. My daughter is not a big fan of being photographed, but after a few minutes into it, she was enjoying it. They covered every aspect of our wonderful wedding weekend from the rehearsal dinner to both the bride and groom getting ready, 1st look, ceremony, reception, dinner and dancing! They took any and every picture i asked them to take, and they all came out fabulous. I was referred to Kelly at Tumbleston by a local framing shop working on a project for my dad's 75th birthday. She asked me to email Tracy H. an FB grab old photo that was wrinkled and had a flash in it. We were on a tight time line and Tracy made it happen. My dad's health is not the best and when I saw the results of her work I started crying. These ladies contributed greatly to making our family incredibly happy about the project. I would highly recommend Tracy for any retouching, restoring, or editing. She is an artist.
