I am glad to recommend Rick Yant as a photographer. I am the Lead Pastor of a Church. I used Rick to create a directory for our church. I had a vision of doing a directory that could be expanded in the future and not bound like other directory companies. The end result far exceeded our expectations. Also, all of our families and individuals were thrilled with their pictures. I had some couples that were reluctant to have a picture taken. I had so many tell me they were glad that they did and that it was the best picture taken. Others asked Rick to take pictures of other events and special moments in their lives. One of our most cherished moments was our oldest son's wedding. We knew right away who we were going to ask. Their wedding pictures were really awesome. Rick has a gift. He is not only an excellent photographer, but he has that unique combination of the technique needed plus the warmth and charm to put people at ease. I recommend him without any reservation. I am a Grandmom in my early 70's. My three grown sons and their families traveled from SE Asia, Vermont, and Georgia for a vacation -- finally after five years all 14 of us together at N. Myrtle Beach, SC. Our photography session was a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT -- with poor lighting, bad positioning, no creativity. The photographer should have been terribly embarrassed with such very low quality work and should have given us a refund which did not happen.

Our family had an excellent experience with Myrtle Beach Photography all the way through! Booking was easy and the session itself was fun. The photographer got really cute photos of the kids especially. I wish it had been sunnier, and that I looked skinnier, but neither of those things were their fault! :) But the real pleasure has been the follow up customer service... my mom ordered photos right away, but both my sister-in-law and I dragged our feet. Months later, MB Photography put our photos back up on their website. They then made it fast and easy for me to order holiday cards and make several edits to the text via email. Very pleasant to do business with!

Myrtle Beach Photography is a great company to work with. My only word of caution: if you search "Myrtle Beach Photography," you will find many local companies are named similarly or use that as their description. It is easy to confuse them with some other companies with similar names. There is only one Myrtle Beach Photography! Make sure you are getting the right one!

My family and I used Myrtle Beach Photography for a family portrait last June and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. Rick was our photographer and dealing with people from age 2 to 60-something, he took many amazing pictures with different groups--grandchildren, individual family, candid shots which are some of my favorites. Two days after the shoot, he brought the proofs and we made our choices and that was the most difficult thing to do as they were all good. Pictures were delivered within the estimated time. One large picture was damaged. One phone call and the problem was resolved and another picture was sent. I am so happy that I chose Myrtle Beach Photography. In July 2017 we celebrated our 50th Wedding Anniversary with our children and grandchildren in Myrtle Beach. We hired Myrtle Beach Photography for our family portraits at the beach. It was a wonderful experience from the beginning to the end. I appreciated their staff giving me suggestions in planning the shoot. Our group of 13 included adults, teens, a 15 month baby and four family units. MBP suggested early evening, which I was surprised. But the beach was almost empty, the ocean was beautiful and we got great shots. In fact a storm was looming, but you'd never know it by our photos. Rick did a great job of taking pictures of our entire group, then us with our children, us with our grandchildren, each family unit, each couple, the siblings, and the cousins. I could tell he was experienced. He made great suggestions and was so creative. We were very pleased with his work. Rick took over 150 photos in an hour. Our photos were wonderful! Two days later, we viewed the photos and placed our order. Due to the hurricane our photos were delayed a bit, but no big problem. Our photos are proudly displayed in our homes and made beautiful Christmas cards. Thank you Rick and Myrtle Beach Photography.
