Really disappointed in the follow through of Nick the main photographer. He and his assistant were great on my wedding day and gave us our beautiful raw images in a timely manner. However, it has now been 2 YEARS and we still haven't received our wedding album! We have contacted Nick countless times and initially he had reasons why he fell behind, and now he is avoiding all calls and emails regarding either giving us a refund or providing us the album we were promised in our package. I am very saddened and shocked with the lack of professionalism here. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone now.

Long story short, it took over a year from our wedding to receive the album we paid for. While our wedding photos turned out fine, the level of communication with photographer Nick Curteman was TERRIBLE. When I contacted Nick by E-mail or phone it was almost always ignored. When I did get him on the phone I got excuses about why the album wasn't ready and promises it was coming soon, and that pattern repeated for months and months. A year is not a reasonable time frame to wait for an album.
