We booked HappyMatic just a couple of weeks before an event in Seattle. It was last minute! They were prompt with their correspondence and prompt day-of, leaving plenty of time for setup. The guests LOVED it and the ability to both print the pictures onsite and hare online after the event is awesome.

We hired Happymatic for our wedding and were extremely impressed with the quality and service, not to mention how much fun they were! It was so easy to coordinate set-up/depart times, backdrop, and custom logos - it really came together as a highlight of the evening. Additionally, the woman operating the booth all night was super nice (not to mention patient). Highly recommended, would definitely consider using Happymatic for future events

Michelle was friendly and great to work with and everything went smooth from start of purchase til end of the wedding night. We loved having the Photo Booth here for my son's graduation party. It was a big hit with the kids and adults. I love having the pictures to look at and it was nice for the guests to have something to take home to remember the party by. Michelle was very friendly, helpful and professional. I recommend this as a great additon to any party.

All of our wedding guests loved using the photobooth! The attendant was very helpful in showing our guests all the cool features of the booth. Being able to have unlimited prints and getting a digital copy of everything at the end was awesome. Also the props were hilarious. If you want a old school looking booth with all the best features, Happymatic is the way to go. We were running around the whole reception, so seeing all photo strips make our day even more special.

They pulled up in an adorable vintage car, set up in under 20 minutes and had the most amazing props. All of us here at Stumptown have nothing but love for HappyMatic! They even projected onto the top of our tent and helped the kiddos step up to get in the photos with their families. We can't say enough awesome things - these guys are where it's at!

We had Happymatic photo booth at our wedding and it sealed the deal for the perfect reception. Everybody, all walks of life and sides of family had a blast! it set the mood well! Michelle is the easiest person to get along with and we had not to worry about a thing. The props were perfectly hilarious! It was a great addition to our wedding and it added loads of memories and smiling faces! On the technical side, everything happened without a hitch! She knows her stuff and the set up was very clean and classy. Her equipment is top notch and there never was a pause at the booth. This is no ordinary photo booth and I encourage you to check it out!

We were between two companies for a photobooth for our wedding, we ended up going with Happymatic as they were at the Portland bridal show and had awesome and fun attendants and this was something we were willing to pay for... so we picked them. Fast forward to the day of the wedding. I’m busy doing all my bridal things and towards the end of the wedding my husband and I decided to go over to get a few pictures. The attendant was leaning/sitting on the table ON HIS PHONE, we approached him and he completely ignored us... the bride and groom... no hello, no smile, no congratulations. we went to take pictures and nothing came out. We had to get his attention and ask to help us, which eventually did. we then asked for more prints and asked to figure out how to send them to our social media (something we paid an additional fee for) and he said “I don’t know” and continued to ignore us. This infuriated us. We paid for these.... I walk over to my photobook guest book to see people’s pics and notes- HARDLY ANYONE HAD WRITTEN IN IT! I talked to Happymatic and specifically told them this was my guest book... and to make sure the attendant knew to tell people to print off an extra (again something we paid for) and to put it in the guest book with a note. HE DIDNT DO THIS- and now I have no guest book- the ENTIRE REASON I GOT THIS SERVICE. nothing can make that right. The 4 notes I got was from people my mother had to go send over and do it. My book had basically been covered by him and my sign shoved aside. So, we paid for this company for a fun and interactive experience and paid for extras that we never even got. I asked all my guests what the attendant was like/ if helpful/ told to make an extra print and nada. Not one guest. However, they all commented on how inattentive he was and How much he was on his phone. So that is our experience. We reached out to them in fury. And they said they’d give us only $100 off and a free book with guest prints. They have continued to ask for the remaining $400 (that you don’t have to pay until after the wedding) they don’t even have the decency to ignore the fee despite me having no guest book/ and a deadbeat attendant. Don’t pick this company! **updated to 3 stars** Michelle, the owner called me within minutes of my review being posted. She was apologizing profusely and assured me she would look into the matter to make sure no one else will have this experience. She cleared the remaining balance, which I appreciated.

The ladies at Happymatic have been such a pleasure to work with. We've used them several times for big events, most recently for the ORM 30th Anniversary party at Director Park with 1,500+ past families they've helped. The images of the families and doctors turned out great and were such a treat to have after the event. We at 503 and Booze Trucks definitely recommend Happymatic!

If you're on the fence about a photobooth at your wedding, follow these simple steps: (1) Ask friends of yours whether or not it will be awesome (they will nod yes, vigorously) (2) Call or email Michelle at HappyMatic to confirm her availability (3) Book it! (including the onsite print-out option, which you will be really happy about later) Michelle was amazing. The booth was amazing. This is a no-brainer, and I can't believe I was even a touch reluctant to do this beforehand. Make it happen! Right now!
